The Neighbors Shoppe

Stopped in for the first time to get a pizza to go. Small private lot in front, off of busy 12 Mile. I also looked around the store. Staff was great, nice, helpful, friendly. The store was very clean, but sort of shabby chic. Run down in an old fashioned way, if that makes sense.Lots of beer choices, good wine selection, lots of last minute items for cooking or an impromptu get together. Quality meat and cheeses. They did have a large selection of the spice kits for cooking, that used to have their own store down the road. The pizza was not great.

This is the cutest little neighborhood grocery store that also serves food. The owner and employees we've encountered are so kind and welcoming, always offering to help in any way. We usually stop in for a fun drink or snack, and I was happy to see that they had a little curated gluten free section. We live in Royal Oak, and we happily come here if we're nearby.

The best store in Berkley! The owner is so sweet and nice. She's very helpful when it comes to choosing a wine for a party or making a gift basket. They always have what I need in stock, such as milk, ice cream, cooking essentials, beer and wine. They also serve pizza, breadsticks, subs and more. Check out their menu online!

I am personally thankful for this store. This store has so many high quality and creative items in stock, and they are such amazing people. By far my favorite Berkley business.The owners have fully embraced the city and it shows. The store is creative and fun. Great craft beer selection, a growing wine selection with wine tastings. The food selection isn't large, but well thought out. The pizza and sandwiches are far above average and they even carry fruits and vegetables. I can't speak highly enough of the owners and employees of The Neighbor Shoppe. Stop by and check it out. You'll be happy you did!

Think you can get tomatoes like this in Berkley? Only at The Neighborhood Shoppe. Needed T for my BLT's. And this beauty was waiting for me. This place is great in a pinch or if you need that perfect wine. I'm glad I live so close

Checked out this shop yesterday to see what other options were nearby. Happy to say I was delighted to see the diverse selection of wine and beer. Not to mention cheese, meat, drinks, and other food. (Including noses head meats and looked like sandwiches.) The store was clean, the woman at the counter appeared to know everyone and was friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider this store in the future. They even had a few Michigan wines! Wines I saw ranged in price from $11.99 and up.

I came in store with a bag of Arizona iced tea but the bag had a hole in it and the cashier offered an extra bag for free!! Great customer service!!!

I just stopped in because I had been to 2 other stores and they didn't have the wine I needed for dinner. I always drive by and I thought if anyones going to have it, its going to be the neighbors shoppe. My first time in and I can't wait to come back. Donna, the owner, is amazing and such a bright light in this world. Their selection of product offerings is curated and you can count on them - if no one has it, they will. I love The Neighbors Shoppe and I can't wait to be back!!! Big fan!

Great customer service, and very friendly people. Definitely coming back again soon this summer.
