The Laundry

This was our second visit to the Laundry for brunch and once again it did not disappoint! I had the soup and sandwich combo and it it was delicious! I elected to upgrade the to the French onion, the cheese was super stringy which is always fun but the soup was a tad saltier than I would have liked. I paired it with the croque monsieur sandwich, that was a really tasty, I thought the flavors paired together very well! We love the atmosphere, it's a funky vibe of mismatched 50's dinner tables which I loved! The service today was okay, not the best but not the worst with the food being the star of the show. We look forward to coming back in warmer weather to sit outdoors.

Crème Brûlée is solid Food is always really good, slightly pricey but worth it. Atmosphere is enjoyable! I definitely recommend you check this place out!

This is a must try place!! Restaurant is pretty small on the inside, but we lucked out and were able to get a table quickly. Menu wasn't huge, but they had a ton of vegetarian options which I was stoked about. I started with a blueberry donut iced latte- it was super good. They also had cocktails, a ton of beers on tap, and even some mock tails for my friend whose pregnant. For appetizer we got the onion dip, we both loved it. Almost had a French onion taste to it! The pad thai was one of the best I've ever had, although I do wish the tofu was a little crispier. Then dessert we tried the peanut butter tart. It was pretty rich, so I had all intentions on taking half home but it was so good I couldn't help myself.On of the best new places I've tried in a while!

Laundry is the best. My go to for lunch is Reuben. Go to for dinner is bacon wrapped meatloaf. French onion soup with either if I got enough of an appetite. Always my first pick on birthdays and anniversaries. I moved to Fenton 3 years ago and this is my favorite restaurant by far.

Fabulous food! Love the atmosphere. Casual and laid back. Service is also top notch. Menu changes some seasonally. Always fun to try the new things.

Highly recommend The Laundry. Service was excellent. The French onion soup was a must. Not overly salty which we prefer. The #31 and # 58 were delicious! Took a crème brûlée to go and it was on par with everything else. Excellent !

As a local, I've been to the Laundry many times . Last night was one of my favorite visits. We ate outside and the flowers looked amazing. Our waiter was so great! I wish i could remember his name , he said he worked there five years ( reddish hair). He was so detailed on everything and really took care of us . This may be the best service I've had at any restaurant. The drinks were delicious along with Caprese salad and the Quinoa Salad special. Thanks for a great night

The French onion soup is out of this world- no question. However the Croque Madame I had as the soup/sandwich combo was missing something. It just seemed too creamy or had a strange flavor I did t expect. It wasn't bad but just didn't satisfy. My companions had a bohemian breeze salad which looked great. She finished half because it was so big. The other friend had the farmers skillet. It seemed small because it was 75% cornbread- she couldn't eat all the cornbread. The sausages were like odd shaped meatballs and the eggs were alright but it just wasn't that great she said. We did however enjoy the Jeff's pull apart bread- we should have gotten 2! I also took home a spicy Scott sandwich which and a Boulevard St. Laurent one. Both were ok. The bread is thick and crunchy somewhat which makes it a bit hard to take a bite and chew but the flavors on both were good

OMG Becky!!! This is the 4th time coming here. I finally ordered the onion soup, and it was fantastic!!! The Ruben is large enough for two and is also fabulous. Make sure to order some extra sauce on the side. I didn't finish the meal, and I had no room for dessert. The pies are delicious, and it taste like the old days. If you're in the area, make sure to check out the laundry!!! Excellent service too and decent drink specials.

The vibes of this place are so lively and very nice, this was my second time going but first time going for dinner. My food was alright but i was frustrated with the service because i was dining with a dairy free friend and we made it very clear very obvious from the beginning she was and when we ordered we were told what she had ordered was dairy free and not until 20 mins after we ordered did she return and tell us that was not something she could have. And so we placed another order and all of our food than took another 20 mins to come. I understand not knowing every dietary restriction on your menu but if you don't know ask and let us know right away because we would've ordered that to begin with and there solution for her was a dessert on the house none of their desserts were dairy free :(
