Great space. Great spirits. Attentive service without being obsequious.Parking ... it's Plymouth. Will I return? Yes.

The place is very nice and cozy. Rustic and modern. It's more of their own house made bourbon. They have flights of bourbon and whiskey. Their menu is very limited and only 3 food items like charcuterie, nuts and cheese. The servers are very nice and knowledgeable about their specialty drinks. It great place to just have a few drinks and relax.

A great spot for drinks in downtown Plymouth. Tucked into the heart of downtown Plymouth, The Highline Room is perfect for before or after dinner. Somehow I missed this place opening over the summer, but was pleasantly surprised to come across it while in town this past weekend. The drink options were excellent and the spirits were too. Our server was very helpful in making suggestions. Be careful with the whisky flights...some of them are STRONG.

My husband and I love local distilleries so I took him here for his birthday and it did not disappoint! We got quite a few drinks including the fig whiskey sour, the espresso martini, and the rye Manhattan as well as pours of their single and triple ryes. The owner's husband, Jeff, happened to be in and stopped and talked to us about the place and the products! And the bartender Erica was stupendous and super friendly! We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be coming often!

We went to Plymouth to check out a new restaurant in the area. We both love the charming town. We came across this new spot and decided to check it out. We very much enjoyed ourselves. This is the second location, the other being in Dexter. This spot is located in an old Pharmacy. This place opened very recently, only a couple weeks ago. They had a wonderful craft cocktail menu. They also have flights if you want them. We enjoyed chatting with the bartender and learning all about the concept and future plans. I absolutely recommend checking it out!

We live in Plymouth and we were super excited to hear that a new drinking establishment was coming to town. It is in the old Wiltse's Pharmacy Building. The woman owned business, CEO and owner Christi Lower paid homage to the site by keeping original brick and wood floors in place. This is a spirits bar using the blending technique to present their version of the best cocktails. We had the rye Manhattan, triple rye on ice and a strawberry basil lemonade. We enjoyed everything. This was a wonderful experience with great service and we look forward to many future visits. Stop in for a drink before dinner at a local restaurant or for a nightcap.

We stopped in for a cocktail before going to dinner and will definitely return. The bartender was friendly and the cocktails were delicious and made by someone who clearly knows what they were doing. It seems so many "craft cocktails" are made by people simply following a recipe with no love added - that is not the case here. Great addition to downtown Plymouth.

My boyfriend and I had a couple of hours to spare between a wedding ceremony and reception, so we decided to stop by The Highline, and we are so glad we did. The service was fast and sooooo friendly! We had a couple of the cocktails, and they were all delicious! The decor was classy yet inviting also! Definitely will be coming back.

Great drinks and environment and even better people. First time in and Jen and Erica were awesome! Will absolutely be back.
