Great atmosphere, the owner pours excellent cocktails, highly recommended a stop in here. The atmosphere of the bar is very chill and the overall appearance is very cool. Carved wood, old school stained glass. Lots of care into its appearance. Service was good and they are on it.

New owner now Called the High Dive. Lenord is the new owner. I love the Asian inspired cocktail options. The ambiance is a lot different than the prior bar in this location I hear. But to me now the vibe is hipster, chill, relaxing. Kind! Community oriented. Make sure to check out the involvement later in the year they might even start a photography group! Check it out. This one received reconciliation in my book and made it to the 5 star mark!

Awesome bar!! Very good vibe and sensational cocktail menu! I can imagine this place gets rowdy on weekend nights, but that's a guess. The bar tender was super nice! Didn't even get impatient with me when I took forever trying to decide on a cocktail. I went with the mule and it was *chefs kiss* delicious! Anyway, yeah, the bartender was just so nice. The kinda that makes me wanna become a regular. If I ever find myself in Hamtramck or even Detroit area again, I'm definitely going here for a drink or ten.

After years of talking about stopping in to the High Dive. Our group of friends finally stopped in and what a great place for a drink it was the bar staff were friendly and polite the drinks were fantastic and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely going back

Found this place when I parked by it for a separate event and so glad I did! The bartender was incredibly friendly and the drinks were great. Their menu is clearly thought out and the detroiter in me appreciates the homage to Faygo throughout the menu. I love that they had mocktails featured on their menu.

I can't believe this is my first time at High Dive. What a cool spot to hang out! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the most eccentric bartender, who happens to be the owner. He showed us around pointed out the uniqueness of the decor throughout the place. He explained that Detroit doesn't wake up until 10pm and then the party gets started. lol He referred to High Dive as a Vampire Bar. OMG...hahaaaa I didn't know if we should stay or run! We opted to stay and see what the hype was all about. We ended up meeting some fun people and the DJ was spinning great house music. The craft cocktails were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our night on the town. I can't wait to come back.

We came to this bar because it was close to home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a dark and calming atmosphere. The music was at a good level so you could still hold conversation. My drink is tasty and not light on the pour. Really good pricing for craft cocktails. Give this place a shot! You won't be disappointed.

Cool atmosphere. Came on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. Mix of shark decorations and old church benches, stained glass. Drinks are great, bartender is very nice- had good suggestions for what to drink and was very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Love this spot. A hidden gem. Music is great, service is quick. The vibe and decor are super cool. Serious LA vibes, which makes sense because the owner is from there. A HIGH class DIVE bar... now I get it. People wearing masks during COVID, I feel safe there. 10/10.

Music is pretty good here. Kind of an odd atmosphere with people asking you a lot of questions then asking you to pay a cover fee after you've already been there for ten minutes. It was freezing cold temperature wise.
