The Greenhouse of Walled Lake

This is my go to place. They have a great variety of products and affordable pricing. They run good specials and reward customers a lot. The employees are so knowledgeable and listen to your specific needs before making recommendations. I worked with Cindy the last time I went in and she's amazing.

Helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere and great selection! Bonus is the food truck outside and the Tiki Bar across the street on the lake!

I've visited this dispo a good amount of times I'd say maybe 10. Most of the times the staff is great. But tonight I had a guy that had such a bad attitude I told him "because your poor attitude I'll be going somewhere else" he looked annoyed and said ok. I'd recommend people go to lume .5 miles down the road where the vibe is always positive.

Parked for two second somewhere after I dropped someone off bc I spilt shit all in my car and this old blonde lady came pounding on my window rudely telling me I can't park there idk just don't like rude people

Prices are kinda high and not much variety. If you watch for sales, they have them every week. Most of the time sales are on vapes or chocolate bars that I don't partake in.

This is by far the best dispensary I have ever used. The selection and quality is great and I can always find the types of edibles I use. Most dispensaries have decent selection and quality but the Greenhouse has the absolute best budtenders in the business! Not just friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work folks.

Bought a topical ointment.... Did not work at all. Bought the same brand/label ointment at another dispensary, it works great. The greenhouse is selling fake counterfeit products. Go elsewhere.

cheapest eighth was 26$ , I feel like I got ripped off. I am not happy with my purchase and regret it.

ive been going here for a while but im sad to say i dont want to anymore its a rip off $25 for a cart that has melted wax MELTED WAX. ALL OVER THE CART. the cart was halfway full so y did it say a 1g like no that literally 0.5g DONT. SELL. CARTS. THAT. HAVE. MELTED. just bc u want money doesnt give u the right to rip people off.

(Quantity over quality) I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I been going here for about 2 years now and I regret it. It's because the customer service is horrible, the employees seems like they don't care and just want you to leave. Also when a manager approval is needed it takes forever for them to come to the front. Ive waited 30 minutes for a manager when it wasn't busy. Also the lines can take forever. Ive seen lines out the door and I've had to wait forever to talk to a budtender. The most important thing to me is that I have gotten 12+ bad cartridges from here. And every time I get home I found out that it is broken and then have to make another 20 minute trip to replace it. It is unacceptable with the amount of broken cartridges I have gotten now. I truly understand that the greenhouse of walled lake is not about quality but instead about quantity. If you are visiting the area or live in the area and are looking for a dispensary, do NOT go here. This place has lost a loyal customer.
