Very nice spot. I go here with some friends and we always enjoy the food and the cigar and liquor selection. The place has very nice service and atmosphere. It is under new better management. It is now family run and you really feel like you are a part of family here!

The food is always delicious especially the steak tips..always nice and quiet and some days they have live music . One of my favorite places to chillax

We tried Asian and Buffalo cauliflower wings which had so much flavor! The Asian ones was the fan favorite at the table! The steak tacos and filet bites were cooked to perfection! The filet tips melted in my mouth when usually restaurants overcook them! We tried their Ruben egg rolls... oh my gosh SO delicious and was served with a citrusy slaw. The service is SO kind, helpful, welcoming, and truly want you to enjoy your experience!

We absolutely loved this place! We weren't really sure what it would be like since it is located in a strip mall but walking in you would never know you were in a strip mall! The decor is warm and inviting. Rich dark wood surrounds you. We were happy to be able to get a spot at the bar. We ended up chatting with the people next to us who were members. Apparently for $200/month, you get a humidor and some amazing specials. This would be a great gift idea for someone that really enjoys cigar bars. I am an ex smoker so I try not to really smoke the cigars (it's hard to not inhale) but I love the smell and atmosphere of a cigar bar. The owner was there and very helpful. The cigar selection was amazing. He helped us pick out a cigar that we shared and it was very tasty! I was pleased that they had a fantastic beer menu as well as cocktails. We ordered a couple of beers since I needed to slow my roll a bit. Haha. I wasn't expecting much from the food menu and was pleasantly surprised. He ordered a burger and I got a flat bread pizza. He said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. That says a lot because he really likes his burgers! I had to steal a bite and have to wholeheartedly agree that it was delicious! The flat bread pizza was very good. It was also a decent size so I got to take some home. I was eyeballing the people's food next to me as well and it all looked delicious! There is a spacious upstairs area as well that you can rent for gatherings. There is a separate bar up there. Now, it may seem odd to rent a cigar bar for a party, as not everyone wants to be around the smoke, but the ventilation system was unbelievably good! The owner explained that he went for the best. He also said that's why the temperature is on the chilly side. Being someone who is literally always freezing, I suggest bringing a sweater. There is also an outdoor patio area for the summer! That's always my favorite. The customer service was absolutely on par. They know how to keep their customers coming back. I can see this becoming a regular spot for us!

Wonderful place , the ambiance inside is very warm and friendly. Wide variety of cigars and a helpful staff that can lead you to the cigar type you are looking for, the waitress are nice and the atmosphere is well ventilated, don't be afraid to bring your non smoking friends, wife , girlfriend... etc.

After the new management has taken over, this place has a great new energy. Yazmeen, Nicole, Kim, Stacey, Mike are all fantastic! Great service and food. Wonderful place for a cigar and drink.

Yikes! Stopped in for some dinner and a stick. Sat at the bar and was given a menu and "I'll be right back". After 10 minutes of being ignored we left. No good.

Preface -I live nearby and pass the establishment at least twice a week, but have never visited.When three of my friends decided we would have our yearly dinner/cigar x-mas celebration here, I was stoked to try it out and thrilled that it was so close to home.We typically go to Big Rock in Birmingham, or some other upscale restaurant and spend a small fortune on steak, bottles of wine, and cigars but our schedules were conflicted and this was our only opportunity to get together for the holidays (Monday night (12/16)).Experience -I walked in just before 8:00pm to find my party already seated and with empty glasses in front of them - they arrived about 30 minutes prior. They had just finished their first round of drinks and I showed up just in time to enjoy their company, some drinks, a nice meal, and perhaps a cigar afterward.It was over 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order or ask if I wanted a drink. There was only ONE other party of about 8 people in the place - they were taken care of pretty well from the looks of it and were all packing up to leave.We ordered a round of drinks. I ordered a 'super' dirty martini. My friends ordered a beer and a Manhattan, and glasses of water were requested by all of us.Another 20 minutes passed before my drink (and ONLY my drink) arrived. The martini was crystal clear and had not even a tinge of olive brine. I found it extremely odd that no other drinks came and no water either - just my martini was delivered. We ordered dinner and my friends reaffirmed their drink selections.About 15 minutes later, the waitress came by to tell us the kitchen was out of ribs, buffalo chicken egg rolls, and charcuterie boards and asked if we would we like to see the menu again... Also, she claimed to also be out of the beer (Hacker Pschorr) which was ordered by one of us.We attempted to piece together our meals with other menu offerings, but ultimately, we decided on taking our business elsewhere as we were concerned that the lack of attention to detail we witnessed might also reflect the quality the food. We affirmed with the waitress that only our flatbread was already in the making, and we canceled the rest of our food and drinks. We asked to be cashed out, but after waiting another 15 minutes for our bill and with no waitress in sight, we decided to leave $50 on the table and we took our business elsewhere.Afterthoughts -Not exactly sure why this place fell so short - I've never seen anything like it. The waitress appeared to write everything down we asked for, but the follow-through was beyond poor. Never an apology was offered and she actually breathed a sigh of relief when we said we were thinking about going somewhere else. It WAS a Monday night and super slow in there - perhaps they didn't have the staff or kitchen personnel available to accommodate us. If they cannot serve their full menu on weekdays, they should keep the kitchen closed or provide a menu with current offerings. We had no idea what was even 'available' to order on the menu that they would be willing to cook for us.We headed down the street to Black Label Tavern (also a new place for me). Despite it being late (they also close at 11:00p), we had a great meal and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive to us.

We walked in and no one greeted us we stood around walked around and someone finally ask us to go sit down anywhere the tables were not clean ... the waitress came 10 min later the place was empty so we didn't understand why were we treated like that ....but we waited another 15 min she never came back so we left... it was my husbands birthday so we were very disappointed.
