This cute little spot is just what you need on a hot summers day. It is small so pack your patience. The staff is super friendly and work really hard to explain your options. Service was fast and friendly. If you're in the dearborn area try them out. Black cherry hard packed ice cream is my second fav right next to Superman and they had them BOTH!!

I didn't see any of the donuts from the online pics at the kiosk here today. La Fork and ordered a s'mores cookie bowl, $12.12. Comes with one big cookie, split in half. A scoop of chocolate and one of vanilla, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal was all at the bottom and a drizzle of Nutella. The cookie was okay, might be better if was fresher and warm. Nutella makes any dessert better. The cookie bowl had no marshmallows in it, isn't that a key part of the s'mores? The chocolate cookies, chocolate ice cream and Nutella was a riff of the Hershey's chocolate and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal was acting as the graham cracker. It was an interesting interpretation of the s'mores. The marshmallow was a key missing ingredient though.

I was looking forward to this Yelp Experience and it did not disappoint! You have to enter through the back, but the entrance only allows for one vehicle at a time so I sat on Outer Drive for a minute or two waiting for the other vehicle to pull out. However, once parked and inside, it was a great experience. They have so many options when it comes to types of desserts that I was unsure of what to get. After speaking with the ladies, they mentioned the Wowffle which was a great choice. It was honestly the best ice cream dessert that I've had in a while. I sat in the parking lot and indulged. I bragged about the experience to a few people before making it home. Definitely going back!

I ordered the Dubai Chocolate at the Canteen and wow this is amazing! As someone who is a fan of pistachio flavor, this is one of the best pistachio ice cream I've ever tried. I can see why this is a popular choice, as I love the chocolate hard dip as a compliment to the ice cream. 5/5 stars!

I was on my way home and spotted this realizing I missed the Yelp Elite event. Had to stop in to try their custard. OMG! So glad I stopped in. I had the Loaded Reese's Cone. Their custard is so smooth and creamy. This hit the spot. I had a hard time deciding what to choose. I will have to stop here again to try other items. There was quite a crowd but they handled the volume very well. Fast service with a smile. No seating inside but nice space outdoors with plenty of seating. If you're there in the evening, nice casual patio.

Definitely a good amount of flavors and fresh toppings! This icecream shop was different! I never seen or had icecream in a sweet bun! Everything was so flavorful and yummy! The workers there were also very friendly and polite. The inside of the shop does not have seating but there is outdoor seating shaded and unshaded.I'll definitely come back!

A nice little custard shop that features cones that are injected with and rolled in toppings. The service was super friendly and fast. They have a small covered outdoor area you can sit and enjoy your dessert. A little pricey at $6 something a cone, but it's a treat:

I've got to give it up for the Custard Co. Outstanding ice cream shop. Five stars for: 1.) Amazing, creative ice cream flavors that made it difficult to decide which to choose (Irish Mint Chip & Detroit Grand Slam). 2.) Creative interesting treats, including the sweet bun specialty. 3.) Reasonable prices and decent service. Just an outstanding ice cream experience that I highly recommend.

Before my trip to Michigan, I'd gotten many recommendations to try this place out. I'm never one to turn down dessert, especially ice cream. The location is in a small freestanding building; customers order inside and have the option to sit at tables outside. The menu offers a ton of options from loaded ice cream creations, standard hard scoop, smoothies, mangonadas, and more. I went for the Loaded Ashta Cup: Ashta Custard injected with Rosewater, pistachio filling, rolled in pistachios. My first choice of dessert is always ice cream, so it can be hard to impress me. The Loaded Ashta Cone was exceptional; I could distinctly taste each flavor/ingredient. The rich filling combined perfectly with the soft ice cream textures. The rosewater wasn't overpowering, like it can be in many desserts. I made two separate visits to this place during my short trip. I could've branched out to try one of the many other delicious options, but I had to get the Loaded Ashta a second time. Overall, this place is a gem. I'm very glad I took the recommendation to try this spot; anyone who doesn't is truly missing out.

I love that this place is close to my home. They have so many options that it can be difficult to decide and they always have people coming in and sitting in their outdoor, covered seating area. I have always gotten their hand dipped ice cream in a waffle cone, because they have such delicious flavors (16?) and my 'go to' lately is Birthday Cake. It has lots of goodies added in and it's what makes me want to go back again. I've had other delicious flavors like: Cinnamon Roll, Cookie Monster and a cheesecake one. The business is small but it has a big selection and the parking lot is always full with people parking on the street as well. The staff is usually about 6 younger/ high school aged guys and gals but they are very friendly and courteous with the customers. I highly recommend you stop in and treat yourself often!
