Came here with a group of ten for the Clinton Inn Valentines Dinner. Our group had a great time and enjoyed the dinner. There were several courses and every course was very flavorful. One course, the stuffed mushrooms were cold but nonetheless were tasty. Our waitress, Summer, was fantastic. She was very attentative to our group. I definitely recommend the Clinton Inn.

My fiancé and I stopped for brunch after Sunday church. Our server and the entire staff were friendly and the food was delicious! Plenty of vegetarian options! We arrived after a party of 20 so our food took a little longer to get, but everything tasted great! We will definitely be back

This place is AWESOME. The owners are super friendly and work hard to provide delicious food and a VERY reasonable price. I go here all the time because there really isn't anything better in the area. Correct, they don't have a bar. They have an excellent selection of beers on tap and in the bottle. They have a small wine selection, so we usually stick to the beer. The food is GREAT. They make all their soups homemade... and I'm a major soup person - very critical about soups, so when I say they're good, this is no joke. They have a darn good burger, good salad, and I really enjoy the pulled pork because the mustard sauce is AMAZING! I could drink the stuff. Well, maybe not, but you get the idea. Overall excellent place to stop in for some grub.

Since this place is now under new ownership it has gotten to be very amazing! Food is amazing quality! I got the Jambalaya and it was fantastic! The only problem that I have is that the service was a little slow. It wasn't very busy when we came in(only one other table). I got the Jambalaya and it was fantastic!

Right now this place (along with all the other restaurants) is going through some pains with the pause of COVID 19. However, I enjoy this place very much! They have a great beer selection, tasty homemade food and the staff is really nice. They also have a proper coffee shop! The hotel is pretty old and I like wandering around the downstairs area. Maybe you'll see a ghost! I love the enchiladas, burgers and fish fry. Their weekend brunch though is THE BEST. Get the massive Bloody Mary! Or get pancakes, waffles (made fresh!), or my personal favorite, Biscuits and Gravy. Homemade food by real people. Not some cafeteria style, Sysco nonsense. They are constantly adjusting the menu (which is good!) and adding/subtracting things that do or don't do well. One time I gave the manager a suggestion about one of the dishes and she took my advice! They also know my name each time I come in and say hello. A real friendly, hometown place.I recommend friending them on Facebook for the most up to date information. They had an Oktoberfest this year that was fabulous! Great beer! Sausage and Spietzel! They usually have parties and get togethers they invite the whole community to.The place is under new ownership since 2018 so some of the older photos here are not accurate or current.

Stopped by the Clinton Inn for brunch on Saturday and was treated to a complete and total treat. After being seated outside, no one came to see if we needed anything for 20 minutes. After we were graced by the presence of someone from the restaurant, they took our drink and food order. I made my mimosa order by checking 4 different boxes on a sheet of paper. 3 of the 4 boxes were disregarded and the drink delivered looked nothing like I what I had ordered. Once our food was delivered, my burger looked ok but I was so jealous of my girlfriends salmonella salad aka chicken salad she ordered. The chicken was either pink in the middle or burned so I am guessing the wait time the chicken had between the freezer and the grill was much shorter than our wait time to see our server for the first time. If you are looking for a great place to break things off with a significant other or tell your kids that they are out of the will, this is the place because the customer experience is so horrendous it will help spread the pain.

We've been there several times & had very good lunches at very reasonable prices. Brunch, on the other hand, was cold & really slow service. I will definitely give them another chance because it's under new ownership. Working the kinks out perhaps..

I can't really say much about that Clinton and Resteraunt. I haven't been there since I have a new ownership. But if this is good as the old owners were, it was a nice place to go and eat on my sisters came in town. I took them there. They loved it. They have Ashley cloth, not napkins and the food was good.

Two weeks ago, a friend of mine and myself went to there for Friday night fish fry. It was one of the worst meals I have ever had. 3 tiny finger like pieces of fish that had been burnt, cole slaw that was mainly cabbage that had not been cut up finely and French fries.$11.00:without tip. Waitress seem extremely busy and not interested in how we though our meal.Another place I will never go to nor would I encourage any one else to do so.

I have never left a poor review even when I should have but tonight is the exception. The service was good-no complaints. Our food was not.I ordered surf and turf, the steak was supposed to have onions, mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese butter--none of that. The presentation was the shrimp on top of the beef with a pile of sweet potatoes wedges on top of it all. It didn't look good and the plate was so small the potatoes kept falling off when I tried to eat the now dry beef because of no sauce and greasy shrimp. My husband got the steak and the baked potato wasn't cooked thru and the steak was cold. When the manager ask how our food was and we said fair she went off without saying anything. She reappeared with a gift certificate that she wouldn't let us use tonight and sorta just put them on the table and said sorry. Didn't talk to us, didn't try to correct the problems. We won't be back but we gave the certificate to another couple so they could enjoy it and it cost the restaurant something. $60. on a night out we looked forward to with Covid 19. Also I thought they weren't supposed to be using salt and pepper shakers!?!
