The Breakfast Club Novi

This was a solid choice for breakfast in Novi. Lots of options but we both skewed savory, he with a croissant breakfast sandwich, me with the Breton Bay Poutine, and splitting the biscuits and gravy. Everything was pretty good: he enjoyed his sandwich, and we both thought the biscuits and sausage gravy were good. The poutine was okay, not the best I've ever had if I'm honest but fine. When they bring your bill you get a chocolate dipped strawberry as a treat! Our server was busy but kept a good eye on us. Lots of choices on their menu, so this is one to remember for breakfast or brunch in Novi.

Been to many of these Breakfast locations, same menu and vibe of locale. This location feels more open dining than other locations. Decor is more old school and dated. Our favorite here are the farmer's, Penny's favorite, mushroom lovers, Mediterranean omelets with crispy hash browns. My usual go to is their fluffy croissant sandwich with turkey sausage instead of the bacon that comes with it or their lobster scramble with well done hash browns with added green pepper and onions. An added well iced cinnamon roll if it's a carby kind of day too. Sometimes the service is friendly and other times it feels transactional. No better way to end your carb filled breakfast or brunch with a chocolate covered strawberry goodness. :)

(Total amount + sales tax) x 20% = automatic service charge regardless of the service quality!!3% card transaction Fee !!Modifying your omelet can be super expensive as small changes would add up $$.Why would a customer pay 20% service charge on sales tax ??We are regular customer of their competitor around this area, today we wanted to try NOVI breakfast club brunch a family of five adults and two kids had breakfast today. The food was OK. Service was decent.However, the most disappointing matter is the restaurant try to rip off the customer. They charge me 22% service charge automatically which was included the sales tax and in addition 3% card transaction fee as well.Upon discussing with the owner this matter, she mentioned her girls survive on the Tips so I was wondering if we have to pay the service charge that the service has to be the top notch level Generally, the restaurants do charge a service they are high-end restaurants not a breakfast place like breakfast club of Novi. If the owner expect customers to pay their server wages and card transaction then I'm grateful they didn't charge me for gas and electricity bill .I understand tips is super important, we American customers generally pay 15 to 18% service charge and if the service is really good, then I try to put 20 even 22%.It was quite disappointing that almost a big chunk of money they tried to charge the customer on top of the big bill, so my bill was over $200 for 5 adults and two toddlers.Moreover, I don't mind paying lot for good Cappuccino but then it to be served properly. So my three order of cappuccino to go was served in a big form cup with straws in it, which was horrible because the coffee got cold super quick.Positive finding:Food well prepared and presented nicelyBusy place, menu looks good.For big table they do take reservations which is nice.Freshly squeezed orange juice.

I want to first start off by saying the service was absolutely amazing, its family ran company and they make you feel at home here. The waitress was so nice and sweet. They listened to us and we were extremely pleased. We even received complementary chocolate covered strawberries The food on the hand was okay for me. The eggs were the best for me. I didn't like the hasbrowns I didn't eat them and the French toast was just okay. I ranked them so high because of the service and ambiance. I will come back and try something different on the menu

The restaurant operates at its own pace. Luckily it's its own building and conveniently located with good parking. The service really is slow. So if you're not in a hurry, and you really just want to hang out, this is the place to be. Food is decent. The best part probably is the fact that they give you a chocolate dip strawberry at the end. Prices are pretty average if not on the high side for what you get.

I loved Breakfast club! The food is divine. Everything was high-end quality without breaking the bank. Although the food has a fine dining vibe, the diner itself is casual. Exactly how I want to live my life is my hair in a messy bun and joggers while eating lobster and chocolate covered strawberries. You can make it happen here.The cinnamon roll was the best I've had in a long time. It was gooey, hot, and creamy. I had a perfect vanilla latte that was not too sweet. The crab cakes benedict were spectacular. Plenty of crab meat and not just breading. No issues with service. Will certainly be back!

The Breakfast Club Novi is a cute little diner serving up delicious upscale breakfast & brunch options. My server was attentive, caring, & very friendly! I began with a chai latte, delicious. I opted for the salmon Benedict. I was pleased with the quality, the portions, and the price! It was a toss up between the crème brûlée French toast- I'm glad I went with the Benny- my chai gave me the perfect amount of sweet to balance out the savory, not to mention the fresh baked cookie served with my check at the end of my meal! What a perfect ending. I will definitely be back. Give The Breakfast Club a try! It will be your new fav!

I went here for brunch and the staff was so kind :) I didn't feel rushed to leave either which was nice. The apple cinnamon French toast was one of their specials and it was tasty and sweet! Everything on their menu sounded good too but I wanted something sweet. The place itself was nice and clean and they were very organized. I would come here again :)

The whole experience from getting seated to the most horrible food. They had plenty of tables open that were 2 along one wall. We were a table of 3. They could have pushed a table together instead we had to wait 20 minutes instead seating people coming in long after us. They could easily have pushed a table together. My mother and I ordered the grilled chicken wrap absolutely horrible. $15 dollars for each. The manager offered to remake it with out the watery sauce, but it wood so nothing to solve the fact that the tiny gray bits of chicken. We had taken mom out of memory care to eat out. So, ordered her a club sandwich ao I could make sure she at least ate something. They did not even take a penny off the bill. $73 (plus a $10 tip for the waitress. She was lovely.

I ordered $70 worth of food this morning and I feel like the easiest thing for them to cook or not send out wrong is the hashbrowns. This extremely under cooked.
