The Breakfast Club

Was in town visiting family for the holidaze. Stopped here for breakfast and it didn't disappoint! The service was quick and efficient. Two young men took care of our orders and checking up on us. I got the veggie omelette (4 eggs!!!), hash browns and rye toast. Couldn't eat it all. Husband had scrambled eggs, Virginia ham and a Belgium waffle with fresh blueberries sprinkled on top. The waffle was so yummy. Fluffy and light. We requested our hashbrowns crispy and they delivered! Dena did coffee service. She was the perfect server! So friendly and caring. And of course, efficient. The ambiance is Midwest casual. The kind of place where the people who work here know the locals and often greet with a hug. We will return!

Service was fast, staff was nice. Food was ok. I got the crab omelette, it was really just a scrambled egg with asparagus and crab folded in half, not really an omelette per se. Also kids pancake was cute with face, The breakfast platter was your standard breakfast with over easy eggs, hash browns and bacon. Coffee was decent.

The food was amazing. The portions were huge making it possible to split two dishes and have plenty for two people. We enjoyed the breakfast-y atmosphere with family-friendly guests all around. (Translation: Little ones are welcome and celebrated!) One sweet fellow turned a somersault down the ramp while we were there and no one missed a beat. Love it! That means this place is not pretentious but just serves amazing food. I mean, Crème Brûlée French Toast? So good! The only thing I miss is just some fierce coffee with real cream in a pitcher. Charge me for it. They have coffee. It's fine. But five stars would have really strong coffee. Thanks! I'll be back!

Good food and very good service today but it was freezing cold in the restaurant. My veggie omelette was delicious but diced potatoes were a bit too crunchy for my taste. The rye toast was a bit undercooked but it was still delicious. My grandson enjoyed his breakfast as well. It was cool how they arranged the food to look like a monster face. I would recommend this restaurant but you might want to bring a sweater or jacket with you.

This is a true gem that offers great food and service. The menu has a large selection of home cooked meals. Four of us enjoyed a wide range of items (breakfast bowl, BLT, eggs Benedict and a Reuben) and each was delicious. The owner waited on us and she was very attentive and professional. This place had incredibly service and was very prompt & quick! They have a lot of unique items on their menu like a lox's omelette with capers and their French toast options! We will be back for sure!I got the short rib hash which was perfectly meaty and not fatty with porches eggs and it comes with breakfast potatoes. It's is hearty but oh so good!Hubby loved his omelet but also why wouldn't he!?! he created it lolWe will be back not only because of the food but for the friendly service as well!

This is definitely one the best breakfast spots in town! They have a great selection of breakfast offerings and service is pretty good. The parking situation is not great - it took me a while to realize there was parking behind the building but even that, they run out of space fast. I am happy they are open on the weekend again - post Covid they did not open for weekend business for what seemed like forever!

we like to stop here when we go to a michigan or lions game, and it's always yummy. today was a spicy burnt ends hash eggs thing and veggie scramble for her, and (of course) baked french toast for desserts today and tomorrow. just terrific.
