This place always has super good food and service.I have tried many of the foods on the menu and like the pizza and steaks. So many steak places can't cook steaks and if you ask for medium they hear...... Well done. The Back Court can cook steaks correctly.Not a huge fan of the onion soup. Needs a better broth base that is stronger. Superb homemade bread. This place is always fairly busy and is clean with fresh food. Good menu selection with out going overboard.

Holy white table cloth Batman, this place is top notch WOW total trip, kinda felt like your drunk ants reception, total weird experience. Not sure what to say, do the have food yes, and the prime rib looked pretty impressive, beer ck wine ck. oh when I stopped they had some live lounge music, wow bonus. The place was jamming and everyone over 50 we're having such fun. You gotta ck this place out, quite the experience.

"No one decided to show up today" is how the busboy introduced himself as our now-waiter. Arrived at 5:30 on a Monday evening, the place was empty besides an older couple at the bar chatting with the bartender. Bartender came over to take some drink orders but had no knowledge of the new beers being advertised on the table tops because she "usually works downstairs". Three orders of fish & chips and one turkey Reuben - all should have been served with coleslaw but the kitchen was out. No substitutions given besides lettuce on the Reuben. Luckily our busboy did a great job and should be promoted! Toward the end of our dinner, someone started playing music through their phone or a portable speaker at best. No manager on duty? Won't be returning.

Went to this place the day after thanksgiving. It was pretty dead. Even though there were only 4 other people there, two of which at the bar, we had poor service. Our waitress was hardly around when we needed her. The food was just ok. I had a burger. And it reminded me of the premade frozen burgers. Dry, bland, and barely warm. Not sure where the five star reviews came from, but I can bet they didn't come the day after thanksgiving or from the burger.

Came here on a Monday at 11 am... At this time the restaurant is not open, but the poolside grill is. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to that lobster bisque soup a previous reviewer had mentioned! The actual restaurant doesn't open until 5. I had the flat bread pizza and it was good and my boyfriend had the burger and it was huge and he said good as well. Very cool place

What a surprise. Am just visiting and kinda thought it was nutty going for dinner at a racquet club. To me happy disbelief the service was excellent and the lobster bisque top notch. We all had a variety of lake fish cooked perfectly and the portions were so enormous I wonder if they actually make any money on it. Don't miss the Cheezy potatoes

Food is good, service is abysmal. First time about a year ago our large party waited well over an hour to get our checks and another 1/2 hour to get checked out. Called mgr and was told she would comp us in some way. Never happened. Decided to give them a 2nd chance and again we waited close to an hour after eating to get checked out. I'm done with this place.

We used to come to this bar/restaurant every weekend years ago for food and great live entertainment. Our recent visit was sad, feels like it's stuck in time where decor hasn't changed, no music and food was mediocre at best. Not a soul in there at peak dinnertime that was under 65 yrs old.....

I've been coming here since I was a kid and they're still one of the best places for a good lobster bisque and filet mignon. The service is usually pretty good and I always enjoyed getting to sit by the tennis courts to watch people play if/when they're there. Make sure you look up the hours and days they make the bisque otherwise you won't get it. Special days only but definitely worth it. I'd be sad if the restaurant closed because it's nice for a special occasion.

This is one of Clarkstons best kept secrets. We can always walk in. Just a block away from downtown. We drive by people waiting in line outside for meteocker food. I don't get it. But don't tell no one. I love there food and the pours are the largest of anywhere I've ever been. Plus it's locally owned and operated. The owner is almost always there.
