Always a great breakfast. The service here is fabulous. I nice diner on Woodward to get a little bit of everything. They have hearty chicken noodle soup, but I usually stick with breakfast served all day. Very reasonably priced. Nice parking lot.

I love this place. Started coming here when I started bringing my mom to her ovarian cancer support group - One to One. The group comes here for dinner after their meetings.The service is excellent because it's a team based approach. What do I like to order?* The pork chops! They do crazy good moist pork chops here. * Grilled cheese - Like my mom used to make!* Sweet Potato fries are fat with lots of sweet potato. Not too much fried part on the outside. With honey mustard they are really tasty. * Side salad with ranch - I think they make their own ranch dressing which is very yummy. The side salad has romaine lettuce with cucumbers and tomatoes.* Several if the women in my mom's support group order the soups, the Michigan Salad and the strawberry covered waffles.Enjoy!

I have to say that one of the things that drives me crazy is when a waitress brings your food and places the bill at the same time. I feel like she says, "Yeah, I am not working for a tip. Please don't tip me when they do that shit; I don't get it. Why would you not come back to check on me?I guess this is not the4 right fight for me.

All American restaurant on Woodward Ave North of Thirteen Mile Road. Always good food at a friendly family restaurant. Great view of the great American automobile testing ground that is Woodward Ave. Great place for Breakfast and Brunch.

Fantastic Reuben. Wife brought as a carry out, sandwich in great shape after a 25 minutes in a styrofoam box. Top still crispy; quick microwave and refry in a pan, good as new. And it was Good. Sy Ginsberg corned beef was lean and tender and very flavorful. Bread had great crisp grill and nice subtle rye flavor. Definitely a high quality sandwich, surprised to find it was from a neighborhood diner.

Had a recent lunch meeting at the Avenue with a couple other people. There's plenty of parking on either side of the building, and on this day we chose covered, outdoor seating for our meeting. The waitress was very kind, patient and efficient. Water and beverages came out immediately. There are plenty of reasonably priced menu choices for the budget-minded (as my colleagues were). I enjoyed the Woodward Reuben sandwich meal with a fresh side salad and balsamic dressing. My Reuben was made with Sy's corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut (which could have been a bit more sour), and house-made Russian dressing. It was served on buttered, grilled bread (plenty to choose from) and came out piping hot! A generous portion of house-made crispy chips accompanied the meal.All in all, a good experience!
