They serve you old chicken unless you ask for fresh chicken?!?!? This place should be shut down based off my experience alone. Ordered food that tasted really off compared to previous visit. Called and the response from a manager was,"You didn't ask for the fresh chicken, next time ask." I've never been more mind blown in my life in a situation like this. I was shocked and repeated his words and he just repeated it. I laughed. They redid the food and tasted fine (only ate it Bcuz I already paid for a meal but was grossed out still by the thought)Basically this place will serve you OLD CHICKEN, knowing it's old, unless you tell them not to! Their words, not mine. I will not be going back here again unless they change management and specificity tell me they will no longer serve OLD chicken knowingly and willingly

What a train wreck of a restaurant. Customer service was terrible. Cashier lady didn't even want to look or talk to me. Acted like she was above helping any customer there. All our meats were overcooked and tough. Fried rice was borderline soggy. Sodas tasted watered down. Management needs to do a better job at making sure the restaurant is executing everything well, or I wouldn't be surprised if this is just another poorly run business that shuts down. If the food was cooked properly and customer service was good, it might have been a different experience, but first impressions mean a lot, and this will be my first and only time going there.

SO good! I love that you can get chicken breast instead of just thighs. Fried rice was good. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Very good quality.

First order and I look forward to the next. Was trying to think of what places I haven't tried and wanted to rep Yelp's BIG NIGHT IN! So, wanting to also to eat local, gave Teriyaki Madness a go. To my surprise and happiness, the food was really good! The order was correct, packaged well and securely and all the food was enjoyable!Highlights: the crab Rangoon's! Generous portion, crispy with a delicious filling. The chicken potstickers, tasty morsels! The spicy chicken breast teriyaki, yakisoba style, my favorite! Tip: choose to add the veggies, but nice to have the choice too. The fried rice was also a winner, home made taste. I also like that there are size and price options for your level of hunger and your budget. Will definitely order again and this will be another place I truly want to have a dining-in experience.

Was SO excited for this because I just came from Washington where this is super prevalent. The quality of the chicken was good. I got a "large" bowl and I was hoping for a larger portion of chicken. Still very tasteful.

Food portions are small for what you get. For a medium, I got 5 ounces of breaded Chicken. Small bits of fried breading with a few pieces of chicken. Unacceptable for $12! I called and was basically told too bad. They need to learn how to treat customers, provide value for what we pay for, or they will be out of business before you know it! I won't be back. I used to like it before they started skimping. Shortcuts will close your business!

I hope the owner reads this. Our family tried to stop on Sunday at 7:48pm. It says you're open until 8pm. We were coming from a baseball tournament down the street, which we play at a lot. The door was locked and the workers were inside smiling and hiding. You just lost a ton of baseball business but your employees antics. I will be passing the word. Very unprofessional.

We popped into a new place. Well I very much disliked. I ordered a steak teriyaki bowl. The steak was tender which was nice. But mushy rice, bottled teriyaki and clunky uncooked veggies.

I'm confused how this restaurant even received a 3 Star rating. I ordered a 2 protein meal over fried rice, and let's just say it was very disappointing. Not only did I receive over 2lbs of rice, which was mainly white rice with sauced poured on it. The "steak" was gray and had zero Teriyaki flavor to it. I had ordered the orange chicken, which was burned and ruined the flavor or the Teriyaki. I also ordered some original Teriyaki chicken just to try it out and couldn't decipher which was Teriyaki and which was orange chicken. Highly recommend passing on eating here.
