Ten Yen Restaurant

Best Chinese food and will definitely be coming back!! Moved to Northville 2 years ago and been looking for a good Chinese restaurant and found this place and was really impressed with the food and quality of food you get. Reasonable price and close to the house and very quick in pick up and pleasant too.

Huge portions! Totally worth the price and they use excellent quality meat. Family owned and friendly service and they are very busy. Takeout only! Place order before going in. Can't wait to go back. Sorry no pics had my nieces with me so no patience

I think I just found my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area! I ordered carryout, easy ordering over the phone. The almond boneless chicken was amazing, loved the green onion on top, huge portions and the breading was perfectly crispy. The crab rangoons were great, lots of filling and yummy! Wonton soup was really good as well, lots of dumplings and good flavor. Really enjoyed my dinner here, can't wait to go back!

Great shrimp and Lobster sauce!!!So hard to find a restaurant that makes it good. Like I used to buy back in the 80's....real chunks of minced pork.The owner is a really cool dude and a big comic in movie fan which is an obvious plus for me anyway.

Please does anyone know if William sold ten yen ? The food, business, and customer service are just not the same

We've been going for probably 20 years. It seems like it has switched ownership. There are different people answering the phone, and at the register. Last night, my wife ordered pepper steak, and I ordered almond chicken. The quality of the beef was low. It was chewy, and full of large chunks of fat and connective tissue. There was some sort of clear plastic (like plastic wrap?) in her fried rice. I'm not sure what has happened, but we have NEVER experienced that sort of thing before. It has always been our first choice. I hope we don't have to find a new place.

We have been customerz over 20 years.Havent gone a lot since Pandemic though.Yesterday was first time ever ordering their lo mein.I didn't want rice with Chow Scalloos. First time trying it too. Never knew lo mein would be packed too tight to pull out!.... It was also dry and tasteless.Sadly I convince husband to also try it to with his almond chicken.It was a lo mean nightmare...one container would have been enough for both of us....couldn't get much to unglue.. and very tasteless and inedible.6.00 each for lo mein versus included rice. 12.00 extra dollars wasted!Veggies in "Chow Scallops" were old and wilted.I called the store.. useless effort.Others have said lo mein should be loose like spaghetti noodles..not packed in very tight. OLD?,Almond chicken was good.... I
