I was craving a burrito and decided to try something new. After spotting a few solid reviews for Taqueria El Rincon Tapatio, I figured I'd give them a shot and wow, what a find!You order at the food truck, and they have an indoor seating area with tables if you want to eat on-site. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.The food here is amazing. The birria tacos were packed with flavor, and at $2.50 each, they're an unbeatable deal. But the real star for me was the burrito--this thing had to weigh at least a pound! It wasn't just massive; it was packed with huge flavor. I went with al pastor for my protein, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The salsas are also delicious which is always a plus. I hope more people discover this gem because the food truly speaks for itself. The service was great - she was so sweet & friendly. The birria tacos were very yummy. I would have liked the tortillas to be crispier, but the beef was delish. I was given a super generous serving of consommé which was outstanding. My friend had a chorizo quesadilla & really enjoyed it. Like the outdoor seating!

I've been looking for a go-to ever since Taqueria el Rey burned down. This might be the place! I was driving around southwest Detroit on a sunny February day and came across this fantastic taqueria, a little off the beaten path. There were a few tables outside in the sun, indoor dining, and ordering from an outdoor food truck. I went with the chicken burrito. It's as big as your head, California style, with a ton of chicken, rice, beans, and cheese. The tortilla might have been the best part--it was fresh off the grill, perfect texture, chewy, delicious. The service was very friendly and price was reasonable. I'm looking forward to going back to try more items.

The family owner of 2 locations of El Taco Veloz very popular in Sw Detroit and Midtown. A beautiful Dining room with restrooms and large patio for enjoying . You order at the Truck outside and they deliver to your table, had outstanding service. She had marvelous QuesaBirria deep rich flavor Yum . Me 2 each Al Pastor and Pollo Tacos both spot on Delicious. Order of Charro Beans very unique Chunks of Beans blended with Refried Beans for the win. I ordered a Guacamole and Pico de Gallo, the cook speaks no English decided to mix together. OMG fabulous what a great way to eat the Guacamole mix it with da Pico my new addiction you gotta try. Fast friendly service and low prices make this a must try.
