Best chicken tacos in Detroit. Prices are awesome. Easy on, easy off - Springwells & I-75 Southbound side. Don't sleep on this! You must check it out. Food Truck is located across from Mobil gas station. The service is speedy & the food is perfection. They truly have their system down to a science. We never wait longer than 5 minutes for our food, no matter how many people are waiting. Huge lot for parking between truck & freeway. This is a very popular spot. It is perfect for grabbing a quick snack before hitting the city, or eats for the way home. The horchata is delicious! El Parrian is our go-to.

When I tell you fireeee! Flavorful, fresh and they give you all the sauces, have a seating area and all the extras like radishes and cucumbers. One of my new favorite trucks. I'm gonna try El Parian 1 and 3 to compare now. Lol

Worst Mexican food in my life. Guacamole tastes like rind. Margarita like salted sprite and lemonade. Choriqueso is a not a dip but a glob of greasy confit meat glued together by cheese. Asked for regular queso and i think I got whipped popcorn butter and heavy cream. Fajitas cooked so well the meat curled and cheese melted on top - you BUILD fajitas with fresh grilled meat and peppers, fresh shredded or grated cheese. Not a melted molded mess. Doing it wrong.
