We had a wonderful experience.Sabra our server was lovely! She's a gem and a refreshing experience after being on a bus all day.We walked in around 6pm... hardly anyone in the restaurant. I think there were like 4 people in the bar and 2 people at a table. So, we thankfully did not have to fight a crowd.Once we were sat, Sabra was quick to greet us and get us waters... and helped us when we were trying to decide what cocktail we wanted to try. We ended up with the Black Cherry Old Fashioned.... just 1 because we weren't sure. She split the 1 drink into 2 glasses! That's Service! We ordered a couple appetizers and a main to share. She checked on us several times to make sure we were all good. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, the bruschetta and mushroom/farrow pilaf plus chicken added. The shrimp cocktail was different in a good way... it was not served with typical red cocktail sauce. It was served with a mustard sauce that I ended up dipping my bread into because it was so darn tasty. The bruschetta was very good. It's made fresh in the kitchen and the tomatoes were very flavorful. The crostini were the perfect vehicle for the tomatoes. The mushroom farrow dish was a bit over seasoned (a tad too salty) for our tastes, but still very good and generous. I'm glad we shared it.

I had seen mixed reviews about this place. So I was a little hesitant. It is located in the first floor of the hotel the decor is really great. Lights were dim the entire time. There didn't seem very busy, but I never got an official server. The hostess was taking care of me. I asked for a drink menu and she informed me that they were low on a lot of things. So low that she stated once I told her what I wanted she could go see if they had it. That was really off putting but just my luck they had my first choice. I ordered a glass of wine, dessert, and an entree. Everything tasted delicious. The wait was a little long for the food. I would definitely eat there again, but I would more than likely be patroning as a carry put order

I must say I was a bit skeptical getting a steak at a hotel restaurant. However, I was proven wrong. The steak was perfectly cooked and was simply DELICIOUS. I did opt for no potatoes and swapped it w broccoli.

The food was just ok, if I'm being honestThe desert was not bad. Had the bread pudding bites.Service was a little slow but they do get busy so I understand. There's no drink menu so you have to think of what you want I order to get a cocktail.

Server was very nice and attentive. Ambiance fair. Food was terrible. Ordered the shrimp gnocchi - sauce tasted like chef boyardee out of the can. So salty it was inedible. NY strip had a pseudo zip sauce more akin to gravy. Substituted shrimp fried rice in lieu of the potatoes. Looked to be reheated out of a plastic bag - made with corn and salad shrimp.Would not recommend.

It's my low key getaway spot. Good food and chill vibes. Usually quick service. The chicken Caesar salad is my fave.

The reviews made it seem like this place wasn't edible. I thought it was pretty satisfying. Sat at the bar. Got black bean soup and crab cakes and pleasantly surprised. Service was nothing special and not very attentive and food over priced but definitely worth the convenience when hotel stay

It would be easy to rate Tango's two stars, IF it were just a regular restaurant, but it isn't, it is a hotel restaurant. So I had dinner here while staying at the Westin out of total convenience, not knowing the area, being late, and not wanting to venture out in BFE Southfield, MI.Yeah the trout was dry, yeah the salmon was also a little overcooked, but the cocktails were good and the service was really friendly, and you know that smiling waitstaff covers a lot of warts... Would I eat here again? Heck yeah, under the same circumstances. Of course with a bit more planning and a car, Prime29 Steakhouse is not that far... :D

Great food. Great staff. My wife and I were staying for a hospital visit near by. Stopped for a quick late night meal. Food was good and our waitress was super! I stopped again the next night after my wife's medical procedure. The same waitress was there and was thoughtful and very considerate of what we had going on. I ordered the blackened salmon and it was amazing.

The service Is terible, the food is decent. It takes so long to get your food. And they always mess up your orders. I never really write reviews.
