Swig

On my nephew's recommendation,@ we stopped at this cozy little sports bar-ish with great food. We ordered the cheese curds app and the 'ale mustard' it came with was addicting! I ordered one of their specials: New Kentucky hot brown sandwich. It's butter basted Turkey with a smoked Gouda and white cheddar mornay sauce, tomato, lettuce and two thick slices of bacon on top. An epic sandwich. Other than the mornay getting cold too fast, it was very flavorful and I couldn't even finish half of it. The onion rings were top notch as well. My husband loved his cheesesteak sandwich as well. Kudos and thank you to our waitress, too. I had considered ordering the shrimp and grits but am a total bust when it comes to handling spicy food, so she brought me a taste of the sauce to see if I could handle it. Totally saved me from wasting money on food I couldn't eat, which has happened too many times to count. Definitely give them your business and they'll give you a meal to remember!

So, stop waiting until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until winter, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink.... there is no better time than right now to be happy.

I love the location of Swig being downtown in Perrysburg. They have a cool atmosphere and service was great and offer a big menu of things to choose from. I really wanted to like the food from this place, but this burger was mediocre. It came with a singular piece of raw onion on it, and there wasn't really any flavor. It said on menu something about grilled onions and got none of that taste or if they were even there. The garlic parm fries were soggy and no real flavor, some crispy ones were good. The meal just felt a bit too greasy for me. I would give this place a go, it's got a lot to choose from but if you like things crispy I would definitely ask for special attention to it! Cute place for sure.

My husband and I ate lunch here and it was excellent. We got the scotch eggs and chili to start. For our meals I got the 41Niner and he got the Italian sausage. We shared some fries. Everything was cooked well and delicious!Service was great. Our waitress refilled our drinks frequently and was attentive. We sat in the heated patio and we were very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

My favorite eatery in all of the greater Toledo area. Amazing rotating selection of beers, available in 5 ounce pours so that beer lovers like me without a heavy appetite for alcohol can try several. Creative, quality takes on classic American pub grub. Awesome patio.

The food was excellent and the service was professional and very courteous. We sat outside and the weather was perfect.

At SWIG tonight to pickup a to go order and was asked by three team members if they could help me. The food is always good but hats off to this awesome customer service. Not to mention outdoor ambiance...the freshly planted flower boxes are stunning!!

A quick google search lead me to Swig for a late night dinner after driving in from another state. Swig has a college town feel to it. Not sure if this is an actual college town, but the restaurant was full and lively.The menu has lots of unique offerings. That's what made me want to try it.I ordered the Duck Reuben with the Sweet Potato Tots. Both were so incredibly good that I would actually drive back to get it again if given the opportunity.I appreciate quirky so I ordered the chocolate covered bacon Sundae. It was large! I liked the sundae overall, but certainly couldn't finish it. I'd try a different dessert next time.I ordered a cocktail too. I can't remember the name. It was way too citrusy and tart for my taste. Always a risk for me when ordering non-traditional drinks so I do not fault Swig on that. The presentation was lackluster though. I hope to be able to come back and try more of the menu some day!

Terrible customer service at Swig. My girlfriend and I were told there was a 30-minute wait but ended up waiting for over 45 minutes without receiving a call. We watched as others were seated before us, despite having our number provided. Extremely disappointed with the service today.
