Service was friendly and helpful, and food was amazing! The ambiance was pretty chill and relaxed, clean and simple, nothing crazy. We had the papaya salad, Shrimp Pad Thai and the Beef Gaeng Pa-Naeng. Everything was super flavorful and amazing, especially the Gaeng Pa-Naeng which came with rice and this super flavorful gingery curry which we all ate by the spoonful. Portions were quite large so definitely considering sharing with friends and family - or not :)Great halal spot to try if you're bored of all the Mediterranean joints in the area!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. We make the 45 minute drive just to eat here. I love the food and believe the pad Thai curry and appetizer combination platter are delicious.HOWEVER, the portion size has really decreased along with the price increasing. I don't mind paying as I understand inflation and such. But paying more for smaller portions does make me upset. We used to be able to easily take leftovers home. Now it kind of feels like we have to "fight" over who can take more of whichever item while dining in.On a positive note, the food never misses and the staff is super nice, especially Ali! We also received free Bingsu to sample which was really kind of them!

I was disappointed with my visit to SukoThai. Unfortunately, the food wasn't to my liking and was a bit too greasy for me. We ordered the pad Thai curry, sesame chicken, and fried rice. The red curry lacked flavor, and the sesame chicken tasted as if it had just been coated in sauce rather than cooked with it. Overall, everything felt pretty average.I'm hoping it was just an off day, but I don't think I'll be returning to this spot.

This is a solid place for halal Thai food. The dishes we tried were all flavorful. My favorites were the pad Thai curry, kao sai, and potato curry. The crab rangoons were also delicious and crispy. Portion sizes were good but it was a bit pricey. As an Indian, medium plus spice level was a good level of spice for me.

It has been awhile since my last visit. I had a bowl of Tom Yum Gai and Beef Guay Teow Heang (steamed rice noodles with brown sauce and cooked bean sprouts topped with crushed peanuts, fried garlic and scallions). The flavors on the soup and noodle dish were spot on. I knocked it one star because the mushrooms in the soup were barely cooked/raw (could have benefited from another 20-30 seconds of cooking time) and the soup was warm, but not steaming hot. Also, the noodle dish was luke warm, but not hot (guessing they either rinsed the noodles in cold water or the bean sprouts were cold when added to the dish which cooled down the entire dish). Given that this Thai restaurant's prices are higher than its competitors, my expectation is that the execution in the preparation of the dishes would have been more thorough, which was disappointing because both the soup and noodle dish are both delicious! Perhaps they were just off their game today. I will visit again because both dishes were delicious.

We first met Ms Yaya at the associated Sukhothai restaurant in Rochester Hills and now she's here. Sukhothia of Dearborn will be a great success blending stellar Thai food with unparalleled hospitality. The appetizers are all good, try them all and bring some home. Crispy rolls, Spring rolls, and fresh rolls are all so different yet each dish is perfect. I get the curries, gang Massaman, or gang Keo Wan are my faves.The restaurant is bright, cheerful and clean and you'll be looking forward to your next visit before you finish your left-overs.

Secondly nothing stood out to me and the chicken comes in weird chunks and didn't taste good at all.also every table got complementary snacks at the beginning except my table overall don't recommend it and you can get much better for the price. P:s food smells bad
