STIIIZY - Ferndale

I'm giving it a 2 because how on earth are you Stiiizy with no Stiiizy bags? I just moved out here from San Francisco & the Stiiizy's in the Bay have an abundance of your guy's products. The vibe is better too but...I'll give it a few more tries before I locate somewhere else.

Horrible product bought a few different LIVE RESIN DIAMONDS of the stiiizy brand, shit looked like white powder...guy had the nerve to tell me they were actually diamonds, zero sauce zero diamonds shit literally looked worse then some 10$ a grams I've seen. Save the money go literally anywhere else, hell id go back to sketchy black market before them again.

Horrible Customer Service I will never come back here ever again., I already threw everything out and they did not put a credit on my account as promised . That will be the last time I ever buy anything from that location after years of business. Do not buy bud from here. Today was my last visit. Bad quality flower.

Great dispensary! Budtender Kitty is always very helpful when I come in. They have good deals in their store always and don't charge any extra tax

Stopped in for a first time and now it's been a couple days. I've been using one of the pods and it's been less than great to say the least. I tried a second one and it doesn't taste anything like what it's supposed to. It's disgusting. These barely have any effects. Will not be back.

Dj was the shit knew every answer to every question. Was knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 makes me want to come back.

The staff was friendly as hell no one was rude or anything close to that. I felt very welcome in This establishment, My problem was with the products. Everything else was on point the staff the environment. But I bought multiple different things that were just god awful waste of money and it made me never want to step foot in that place again. Why do you have a flavorless "cannabis derived terpene" cart. It literally tastes like nothing? I could have bought a better cart off the china black market like please stop serving hot dog water in a cool package for $46 a cart that's embarrassing for your whole company. And your disty filled pre rolls were genuinely unfit for consumption that stuff is absolutely nasty. It sucks I went in spend 180 (+tip) and nothing was enjoyable from my purchase. Good luck stiiizy y'all gonna go belly up if you keep serving garbage.

Stiizy is my preferred place to shop for flower or anything I need cannabis related. I usually shop with Nicole who is always so hands on, very patient, very sweet and very professional I love her. She's one of the reasons I keep coming back and bring friends. Unfortunately last night 9/10 I walked in with a new shopper to introduce him to such a great experience, we left upset, uncomfortable, and unsure that we will be back. Last nights but tender was Stephanie (with the piercing in her face) She was rude, she was short, she was unhelpful, extremely passive aggressive, and never really seem happy or interested in helping us. The entire time she was with us she rushed and badgered the new shopper to figure out what he wanted while quickly throwing samples in his face it was an unrealistic shopping experience because instead of talking us through the weed she just threw the most expensive options out and rolled her eyes when we opted against them. She made me so uncomfortable that I literally just stopped talking to her and asked to be assisted by one of the other ladies there, I didn't even buy all the weed I needed because she made me. It want to buy a damn thing. Stephanie was so horrible she even talked the new shopper out of his free pod, my friend didn't get anything for coming to spend all his money in there. Behind this extremely terribly dreadful experience I honestly don't know if I'll be back, or if I'll ever be comfortable referring a friend again. And if Stephanie continues to work for you guys I'm sure this won't be the last review like this you get. 1/10stars atp. Would not recommend. Ole girl is bringing down the quality of experience you get there.
