Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you to the entire staff for a perfect evening for my son Anthony and daughter in law Angela's wedding last night! Beautiful space, excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. Thanks to the bartenders for getting me a ice bag for my sister! Much appreciated!

I've been here a few times for events. Went last night and it was very nice. The staff were extremely courteous and very attentive. The food was a tad disappointing. We were not given everything on the official menu. We were told there was a new chef who specializes in Mexican cooking, but I've had better elsewhere. The salad was nice. The chicken and beef were somewhat dry and there was way too much meat on the plate. I would have preferred more pico de gallo and rice. The sopapillas were obviously premade and cold. Overall a pleasant experience except for the food.

I attended a banquet here with my friend from high school 10/13/11 and was really impressed with everything. The first thing that hits you as you walk in is the decor--the room and the tables were beautiful, right down to the chandeliers (or should I say, up!). Cloth napkins of various colors, nice quality silverware and dishes. The nice salads were on the tables before all the guests had sat down so we could begin eating right away. Dishes were gathered expeditiously when we finished. Water pitchers were at the ready and replaced as needed. There was a pitcher of cola and one of hot coffee, decaf, excellent flavor.The plate of food was one of the best I've ever had at a fundraiser, chicken and roast beef, both tender and moist, delicious roasted red potatoes, crunchy, not overcooked, green beans, and a homemade tasting piece of carrot cake with a wonderful frosting on top at the end. The servers were very pleasant and efficient, quiet and respectful, especially while the speaker was talking. I've been to some fundraisers where they kept moving about, clattering dishes, disregarding the attendees' efforts to hear the speaker. If you are looking for a wonderful venue for a fundraising dinner, wedding reception, etc, I don't think you would go wrong here. They seem to really take pride in doing things right.

I went to a banquet here last night, and can tell you that this place really does things right.The management and staff are attentive and aware at all times, they work very hard to please, as well as keeping the tables cleared of dirty dishes and glasses.Soon after arriving the staff was quick to ensure that the Hors d'œuvre's were placed at each table, as well as the bread, salad and main meal.There was no delay in these steps.The place is clean, very nicely decorated, and has the right ambiance for any event, regardless of the event.I have been to several functions here over the last few years, and there has never been an inconsistency to the above information.The food was very good and consisted of a decent greek salad, chicken kiev, roast beef, fresh green beans amandine, sautéed red skin parsley potatoes, and for desert cannoli. In the past I have had the chicken piccata, which was my favorite thing here.They have a very diverse menu for anyone planning an event, that will sure to please. And as I am told, the chef prepares all their food there. Kudos to St Marys Cultural Center for doing it right, each time and every time!I will be back....(so long as I keep getting invited to events here)!

I just had my wedding here last Saturday and it was excellent as it has always been when I attended weddings here in the past. The staff do a really wonderful job and it is hands down the best value in the area.If you have a large wedding and rent out the entire big ballroom, there is plenty of space for your guests to mingle and a huge dance floor. I highly recommend the dessert table as well. It is an extra cost per person but it is fantastic and everyone raved about it

Had my wedding reception here and it was amazing. They are super accomodating about dropping off stuff for your wedding & you get to bring your own liquor in. Which was a huge plus for us and we got to design our own bar. They will make any drink you bring in (they provide most mixers), like we had a "michigan" bar will all michigan made liquors and mixers and bartenders made them all great!

Great festival good times interesting music and food love the special little meat sausages on a bun they were addictive I have to find out where they got them it was like hamburger meat season like a sausage but pressed into hot dog forum home run on that

We had our Soccer Banquet here on Monday and our Volleyball Banquet tonight! The servers were very attentive and the food was great.

I had my wedding here in November 2021 and I cannot say enough good things. Keith and Jason were very flexible and easy to work with. They made the entire planning process very easy on me and were able to adjust to changes. The venue itself is beautiful and the food tasty as well. I would recommend St. Mary's Cultural Center to any of my friends and family!

We hosted our daughters first birthday party. It was a success. The staff is so courteous, their food is delicious, the center is very pretty. Their communication before and during the event is meticulous.. we will definitely be going back for future events.Five star in all aspects !! Highly recommended..
