Smokers Emporium

My fiancé and I recently visited the store for the first time. We were greeted soon as we walked in by the whole staff. Which is very nice because we have been to a few smoke shops in the past that want to hurry up and get you out. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. You could tell they had the customers best interest instead of trying to make a quick buck. They have earned two customers, can't wait to come back

I've been coming to this smoke shop for a few years now and I can safely say that it's the best in the area. The glass bongs they have are amazing and the selection is wide! The price is reasonable, not to mention they always knock a few bucks off which is appreciated. The people are always nice and know what they're talking about. Love this place!

I've been going to Smokers Emporium since I lived in Redford back in 2008. I currently live in Belleville and have no problem driving the 20+mins if I'm looking for a new piece. I've gotten several pieces over the years (bongs, steamrollers, pipes, nectar collectors) and everytime I go in I feel more than welcomed. The father and son know what they're talking about and are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a new piece check 'em out!

BEWARE-they will pull a SWITCH-A-ROO on you! I purchased many Khalifa RAW cones on sale and got them home to find out they switched out the Khalifa cones with some generic cone! No kidding! If the package can be opened, they will cheat you! Inspect everything before you leave!

Used to be a loyal customer for many, many years. Then, the owner instituted a minimum spend policy if the transaction is less than $10. This is in direct violation with Visa/Mastercard's rules. I would have let it go except the owner and his son chose to argue my business with me and then they were rude about it too. Terrible customer service when you question their policies.

This place used too be my all time. favorite place but now it is not i won't be doing my business there the owners son youngest told me that i owned him for four cartons and i owned him for three so today when i went in there the owner told me that i was saying bad words too his son the youngest and the lady behind the counter never would i shit wear i eat but his son was trying too over charge me for something that i never got and being rude and saying things too me like trying to get under my skin like and older brother would do to you and saying things to me in front of customers i came back that same day and paid them for the smokes and over paid them as well his father tell me he has me on video i asked him to show me it nope yeah he might have a video but without sound bad business get raid of the bad business owner and it would be ok and yeah im talking about his son Chris and yeah they can kiss my ass won't be back

Tracey R is a DipShip.....He cannot even use words they way they were supposed to be used lol....Like they "owned" me twice instead OF "OWED"....The owners of this store are wonderful and we love them and their store. They are a pleasure to do business with.ko

Great store! Great product selection! Great prices! I use to primarily shop at their competition down the street (not sure I'm allowed to use other store names - so I won't). Someone recommended that I check out Smokers Emporium and I'm really happy I did. Huge selection and they don't nag you and try to push stuff on you while you browse. And did I mention their prices are way better than most smoke shops I've been in?While there, I heard someone complaining to the owner that she couldn't bring her kids in the store. The owner was explaining to the lady that it's an adult store and that children are not allowed in these types of store by law. The lady left with her kids and she didn't seem happy. Bonus points for the owner for not allowing children in his store. Whether it's a law or not, children do not belong in this type of store... but if you are over 18, then I highly recommend you check this place out!

First time ever walking into the store, I was rudely asked to leave before being able to make a purchase due to the color of my skin, and was referred to by "You People" by the owners son
