Slice of the 80's

Amazing quick service with friendly staff!!!! Ordering was easy and pick up was simple! The food was hot and fresh! Loved our pizza. The calzone was okay prefer the pizza and cheese bread ​

Another tanking Michigan food establishment.Like so many others, Slice of the 80's capped at around a 3/5 for me back during its height. The pizza was greasy. I mean really greasy. Like, dripping down your hand and arm greasy. It was also mostly flavorless, save for some of their specialty pizzas. Not worth getting, but not actively bad. Were slices back in the 80s this bad? Only a DeLorean can tell. Despite this, the breads were hellacious. Their nacho cheese bread with jalapeños and cajun bread were my go-tos. The appetizers used to be varied and also worth getting, but the cinnamon bread and wings were a no go. You came for the good and left the bad.Now, the quality has taken a nosedive. What was once at least worth the stop - even that super greasy pizza - is now no longer appetizing or something I can bear to spend money on or consume. It's not the worst, but something in my gut tells me to stay away. Maybe it's the staff, who now all give me the heebie-jeebies. Maybe it's the menu, and the fact it's been diminished to a third of what it once was. Maybe it's the cool little extras, all those 80s themed items you could buy, that once littered the counter, and are no longer available. Maybe it's that this place was always a bogus pizza joint that was all about the theming but at least made some effort before.Location: 3*Convenience: 2*Service: 1*Product/quality: 2*Aesthetics: 5*

Really good pizza. Plus they were super fast at delivery.I highly recommend this place. We ordered pizza and cheese bread. FANTASTIC!!!!

Great pizza and very cool menu to choose from! Bbq Chicken pizza is amazing! Cheese pizza is awesome too with a flavored crust!

But then I found out that I could get it through doordash and it changed everything. I would highly recommend this pizza to anyone especially the radical

Recently received the flyer in the mail. Heard about this place and first time trying pizza and breadsticks. Dill pickle pizza was wonderful. Breadsticks with ranch and pizza sauce. First time customer and definitely will be back. Deliver driver was very prompt and kind.

The food and ambiance is great, but there communication skills needs improvement. Just moved into the area a few months ago, gave them a try, 2 thumbs up. Usually called in the order, and when the employee would give the option to pay with a card, not once was it mentioned there would be a $.99 service charge applied. Since I was stupid enough not to look at the receipt, or even check it out online, I'll take the hit. But, that's pretty bad. I called back to talk to the manager, bad timing on my part, 5:30pm, not cool, I admit, sorry. "We've been changing that for 3 years and there's the sign on the counter." You're not hearing me. Fix the script! Don't get defensive with the customer, the manager finished the conversation with,"Have the day that you deserve," and came across pissed. I probably would be pissed too, but you are supposed to be professional about it. So, if you go there, great food, bring cash.​

I really wanted to like the pizzas, but they were just way too overcooked for my likings. I ordered two as seen in the picture and they both had that burnt pizza flavor. By other reviewers pictures, I thought I would be getting a decent pizza. I honestly couldn't even say whether the sauce was good or not because it had a burnt flavor to it. The butter Parm crust flavoring was OK, but the Cajun crust just tasted like spicy salt lick.

Great pizza! Been ordering from here for years. Delivery change is high, hope the driver gets most of it as that decreases the tip.
