Just as i was racking up points i find out that points expire after 6 months. with all the competition with these places, you would think that they would treat their customers better and be more upfront when making suggestions to use or save your points. But i will checking out the competition going forward. Since loyalty points to dot mean much to Skymint.

Ordered delivery - it was confirmed - never showed up and haven't heard anything back when attempting to contact them. Waiting around for two hours plus to have nothing to show for it.

One of the nicest looking dispos I've been to recently. I liked how everyone is friendly, even the security guard was popping jokes. There was basically no wait time.Dane was my budtender, very nice and willing to show me around. I sampled the Garlic Breath, everything comes in pre-packaged glass containers, even for grams. Glass is better than a bag in my opinion, flower doesn't get crunched together and conserves the integrity of the flower better. I received a free sample of edibles, called "The Mule", they were amazing! Over 99mg of THC, not bad for a first timer freebie.The prices are reasonable and service is great, will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area.

Dedicated customer for several years. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable. But when they messed up they didn't own it. They told me what I should have done, but had a hard time owning their part. There are lots of other dispensaries.

The driver was great and on time and helpful I felt like I was appreciated as a customer I give him 5 stars but the woman who said she was the manager tried to bate me into an argument over nothing Cancelled my order for nothing and then tried to act like I cancelled the order I gave her one star I wish I could give less but I can't. The phone customer service is horrible the driver Isaiah was great the herb was Dry also very dry

Horrible customer service. Cancelled my order twice for no reason. Called in to get support the second time, the staff was rude, didn't want to listen or help. Tried a second time online and they cancelled the order again with no communication.

The only good flower I have found so far in MI via a store is produced by pleasantrees. I was interested in purchasing new verities in hopes they had exclusive products. Skymint seemingly advertises themselves as a "boutique" cannabis store. She, Megan, proceeded to give a oddly hostile lecture on their seed to sale "skymint" products. Rude and literally no customer service! (Avoid the woman holding a severe RBF, frumpy and pink tortoise shell glasses). Okay whatever be a grump but the product was also garbage! Harvested early poor to no terpenes, dried and dusty, pre roll had black ash!? And the prices! Is this 2009...? No wonder they're being sued and auctioned off for the $125 million dollars they owe in taxes and unpaid rent.
