Shredderz Food Truck

The food was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable about the menu. It's been great having there food here prior to Monday Night Football! Go Hawks

Had this food truck at a corporate outing. I had the veggie, he had the steak. Mine was odd, a big pile of veggies over hash browns. Mine probably would have been ok if served separately, together it was just odd. He liked and finished his steak. No strong opinion here, maybe that tells the story.

Had shreddarz yesterday at work it's different but the Food was good I tried the chorizo and the steak they both where good ! The lady taking orders was really nice she had a nice voice

So I'm giving them five stars based on their customer service, community partnership, the food I tried and for generally being cool guys.I was tasked this year with getting food for the Royal Oak Celebration of the Arts. It's a community and school event that we want to keep growing in order to highlight the talent in the city. We are slowly building and this is the second year. We have big plans for 2017!These guys were recommended by Villains and Heroes. I'm so glad that they recommended them. They are a relatively new truck on the scene. They had quick responses and were uber accommodating. I'm hoping they got more job prospects by coming to the event and also they definitely got their name out. Everyone at the event commented on how awesome the food was and all the kids and adults liked watching what happens when they got tipped. It was cute. :)Of course, I had to go check it out! I asked what was the best sandwich on the menu and I was recommended the sandwich that one of them liked the best - the pulled pork. It was huuuuge. Topped with crispy hash browns. Yes. You heard right. HASH BROWNS. And omg was it good. It came with a pickle (on sandwich) and one free gourmet side. I chose the grilled onions but next time I'm going to top that bad boy up with all the toppings I want because there were so many good options! :) The cool thing about shredderz, besides the obvious, is that they had a lot of options for sauces to top your sandwich. They had their own fire sauce, chipotle mayo, bbq, to name a few and they also had some old faves like Frank's. Everyone can find a condiment that they would like. I love sauces so this was a win for me. I ended up doing the chipotle mayo and fire. It was damn good.I seriously need to find these guys and try the steak and the hash brown nacho deal they have going on. Maybe the vegetarian sandwich too because people really liked it as well. Basically, what I'm saying is these new kids on the block are Killin' it. If you like sandwiches and hash browns (who doesn't?!?) you'll love Shredderz! Go try them out! See you guys soon! Shredderz came to my workplace the other day and I am officially a huge fan now. We probably get one food truck per week, on average, stopping by during the lunch hour. Usually the trucks are repeats but every once in awhile we'll get a new one stopping by. Shredderz is a new one that I hope becomes a semi-regular repeat. It was so so so so good. I loved the food that I ordered and pretty much every one of my co-workers is glowing about their Shredderz experience as well. People won't stop talking about it. Shredderz, please come back. Please?For my first order, I got the "Nacho Browns" with Chorizo. I covered half the tray with fire crack sauce and covered the other half with their spicy mayo. I also had them toss an egg on, for shits & giggles. Words can't do the tray of nachos justice so I will say only that I was happy with every single bite and I was only sad when the last bite was gone. So much flavor. So much goodness. Also, the fire crack sauce is ridiculous. Perfect amount of sweet habanero heat.I would order this combo every day. But I want to try some other things on the menu as well. The "Steak & Bacon Shredder" and the "Veggie Shredder" sound particularly appealing. Those open-faced brioche buns for the sandwiches look great!

Very clean, easy in and out delicious food very impressed. The amount of food crazy I would go again when I'm in the area.

Excellent food. Make sure you try skillet style byob with steak cheddar grilled onions cheese sauce and a side of the spicy house made mango sauce, it was the best meal I've had in a long time. Eggs were perfectly cooked, compliments to the chef. The owner, Mike, is a good guy and runs an excellent establishment. Will be back.

Just finished their new GyroShredder (skillet style). Very tasty! Gyros are a favorite of mine, and I would definitely get this again!They're open today, April 23, untIl 8PM at 21839 John R in Hazel Park.

Had the shredded potatoes and veg with a basted egg. Was honestly the best dish I've had from a food truck and I live in the food truck capital of the country. Their potatoes are legit perfectly seasoned and soo delicious and that basted egg was the perfect touch. I never see eggs basted when I eat out so what a treat. Make sure to try their homemade sauces, they are phenomenal. These people know flavor and they know how to season.

We had 2 food trucks cancel on my 50th birthday party 3 days before the event. Shredderz was able to take us on last minute. It was awesome food, every guest commented on how good it was. They were friendly professional and again most important, delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next event. Thank you soooo much Shredders!
