Here with a large party of co-workers for lunch. Service and food were great. In fact, the best I have had there. Service was fast.

I'm updating my review from a previous experience that wasn't so great. It really seems like they have gotten back to doing really good business again. The food was fresh and tasted great again. Sake was warm and place was clean and inviting. Staff provided great service and I'm more that willing to come back again.

We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday and everyone had fun especially my 5 year old nephew. Overall we enjoyed our experience but the chef we had did less "tricks" than others we have had in the past. However, being a vegetarian I really appreciated that they cooked the meat and seafood after all the veggies and rice were served. The servers and chefs all wore masks, which I appreciated but the service was a little slow. We had to ask 3 times and two different people to get a takeout container. They have great lunch specials if you can make it during the week. If you are going on the weekend then I recommend making a reservation.

Food is okay, not open until 11 as advertised, they close at 9:30 hibachi tricks are mediocre at best and have gotten food poisoning from here a few times

Very good food and efficient staff. The teriyaki chicken is the best I've had at a hibachi! Most are basically chicken with a little soy sauce, but here it was saucy and flavorful! I also love that they had udon noodles as an option!

A coworker and I went to this location and found that the food was really fresh and delicious. I ordered shrimp,chicken and steak with fried rice and veggies along with an excellent crunchy sushi roll for a starter. The staff didn't speak a lot of English, but the service was good. I usually dine at the St Clair Shores Shogun location and I found that the menu prices are 25% less at the Sterling Heights location. I'm a retired chef and I'm picky. You will enjoy the food and service at this restaurant.

Good food my mom loved the knife and fork the food was amazing I even learned how to use chop sticks for this people who served us were nice and I tried to say thanks for the food in Japanese to a server but she was Chinese she was nice. also the people who cook in front of you were amazing at cooking! Also the why the inside looks is super cool it reminds me of Tisho era japan!

I ordered food from there for lunch told me it'll take 15 minutes I got there a little after 15 minutes I get inside the two ladies don't greet me I let them know I have a pick up and they just said ok and continued to be on their phones and fold their napkins so I sat down waited 5 more minutes mind you it's passed 15 mins I decided to ask if they know if my order is ready or how much longer the two ladies ignored me I said "hello" still nothing so I got up and said you can cancel my order... then suddenly they wanna acknowledge me I continued to walk out cause why would I give them my money after being ignored the whole time. I will not be coming back. shit service. Good food. maybe work on a friendlier welcoming environment. Osaka for the win! Or any hibachi place really. Maybe look for a different shogun location?
