I LOVE SHISH KABOB EXPRESS! Food is fire. Their slogan "eat healthy and live longer" is the vibe for 2025. I am always so shocked with how warming the food is and how good I feel after. I always order the chicken rice almond salad, it's simply the best! The service is fast and the food is delicious. It's our favorite post gym meal.

Now open on Wayne Road Shish Kabob Express they now have 5 locations. Been eating at one in Allen Park Mi for a decade, top of the hill shopping center. Address 906 Wayne Road see photo of front and dining room open. She had the Triple Lamb Kafta on the menu, OMG outstanding fresh made. Tender Juicy perfectly charred with Fatuous Salad n Lentils Soup . I had a Chicken Liver Shawarma Wowed a very unique flavorful wrap . Fast friendly service reasonable prices since they don't pay the Dearborn Food Mafia Instagram fees of 3 grand each month. Find them on Google and Yelp many great 5 star reviews. Excellent chicken. It's well seasoned and moist. So far ordered Fattoush salad, chicken schwarma, and baba. Pleased with all so far. They make fresh pita bread in house. It's great when it's warm and out of the oven.

I ordered a shrimp shish kabob entree with a side of vegetables and my boyfriend ordered a lamb shawarma sandwich. We were very excited as most Mediterranean food joints we've been to have the best food and are known for their excellent meats that are well seasoned and fall off the bone tender. However we were left extremely disappointed. My shrimp was very dry and overcooked and his lamb was just as dry, tough and unseasoned. We ended up having to drown our food in garlic sauce to be able to eat it. Luckily we had a bottle saved from one of our other favorite places in the fridge. If the meat wasn't bad enough, toward the end of the meal I realized the produce stickers were still stuck to my cooked vegetables. It made me wonder if the chef had even washed our food before cooking it. Horrible experience here. It was very careless, to cook these meals so awfully and serve them to the public. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I walked in to order, but needed to use the restroom first. The man at the counter asked, "excuse me, where are you going?" I said, " um, to the restroom. " he then said no you can not use the restroom. I've been cleaning it for two days. You guys ( excuse me, I thought, who is" you guys"?) Are making a mess. You can not use the restroom. I told him I was planning on ordering food. He then said, " ok, I guess you can use it, just don't make a mess." I felt so uncomfortable at this point I just walked out and went somewhere else. They will never get my money! How rude!!!

The Westland store is awesome! Enzo was so sweet and helpful. The food is DELICIOUS! We had ordered the Shwarma combo with chicken and mini grape leaves, fantastic!! The grape leaves were a little different than other places I've been too, but they were so yummy! The chicken had a nice grilled taste with the rice being lightly seasoned. My husband doesn't eat hummus and to get even a small container is usually too much, but Enzo gave me 2 extra small containers, like the ones you get sauces in, and they were just right. I highly recommend! We plan on a Shish-Kabob Express night instead of a pizza night from now on.
