First time at this restaurant where I was quite pleased with the Beef Shawarma sandwich I had here. Sandwich was well cooked, large , very tasty and in line with the best I have had in metro Detroit which is saying a lot considering the number of quality Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Also at $10 I consider this a steal based on the quality/tastiness of the food and the size of the sandwich. Relative to the facility they have an open kitchen providing a nice view as they prepare your food. The business also offers both indoor dining and take out where the indoor dining area is very clean and modern with an industrial vibe offering a very comfortable dining experience. Staff is quite friendly as well which is another plus.Overall this is an excellent choice for Mediterranean food and if you are a fan of this type of food you should defiantly give this business a try. I think you will be quite pleased in how it stacks up to the other mediterranean restaurants in the area.

Best fast mediterranean food around!! When I'm running errands and realize I need to eat, this is the only place I'm thinking of. So quick, so delicious, and they are so nice every time! I didn't realize there is a beautiful interior where you can sit or chat, and now I definitely will be coming more often. If you're in WB, it's a must try, especially if you're on the go!

This is a go to place when in the area, scratch that, when in the greater Detroit area. This establishment is in an unassuming shopping plaza, with plenty of parking. It has a small dining room, and I'd assume most will order takeout, however it's fully setup to eat in location. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help with any questions. The pictures should speak for themselves - allPortions are healthy in size, flavorful and presentation&color profile is wonderful. This is a meal you'll enjoy eating and looking at.I've taken friends and colleagues here, all have come back on their own!

I recently checked out Sesh Besh Grill after spotting it on Yelp. We got there around 9:30 pm on a Friday, and it was pretty busy. We ordered the mixed grill plate with skewers, kebeh, falafel, and hummus. The food was surprisingly good! Each bite better than the last. Service was fast which was a plus, and the lively crowd gave the place a nice energy. I appreciated the variety of different meats in the mixed grill plate. The falafel was particularly tasty, and the hummus had a nice balance of citrus and garlic. It would've been cool to end the meal with a nice piece of knafah instead of the limited dessert options. Despite that, Sesh Besh Grill earns a solid 5 stars for its tasty Arabic food and welcoming atmosphere. If you're in the area, it's worth checking out for a satisfying Arabic meal.

We found this place a month or so ago while visiting the bookstore next door. We decided to make our way back here to try the food. It was absolutely delicious. I believe this space is in the space of the former Caribou Coffee, which I miss! It is a cute, rustic space, nicely decorated. It looks like a Pita Way with the assembly line of ingredients, but I am not sure if you can design your own bowls and sandwiches. The people working here seemed pleasant. It is a bit expensive for a mostly carry-out place, but we decided to eat here.I had the cauliflower. I got the small. It was so flavorful and delicious. It had a nice spice and I believe tahini on top. It tasted like something my child brought home and I had been craving, so I am glad I found a place nearby that serves it. My only regret was not getting the larger portion because even though I did end up with leftovers, I would have wanted more leftovers. I tried their loaded fries with chicken. It was amazing. The fries were so crispy and the sauce, cheese, pickles, onions, and chicken just added so much. I am craving it right now. I need to go back and get more. We tried their Shesh burger. It was actually so nicely done, with a tasty BBQ char flavor. We did try a sandwich, but my husband felt it was not as good as other places. The soup was nice and hot, could have been thicker, but had a good flavor. Still, it was good but the loaded fries and cauliflower is where it's at, at this place. I would get a carry-out of just those.

I went here with my boyfriend today for a quick lunch, we were doing some shopping at Kohl's after. He had been here once, recently, and I had never been.I had the shish tawook (sp?) sandwich, which is basically chicken kabob aka white meat, and it was very good. At $8.50 or so, it's a little pricier than others in the Metro Detroit area, but there's a lot of garlic and it was tasty. He had the kafta Istanbuli sandwich and I immediately regretted not getting my sandwich on Turkish bread - it looked delicious and nice and thick. My bread was pita bread and was also good but not as thick. The chicken tasted very grilled which is not really my preference but you can tell it's made fresh.I saw they had a grilled halloumi (cheese) sandwich on the menu, which looked tasty for the next time I stop by, too.Overall this place was very good and I'd stop by again sometime.

Terrible food. Just got it delivered which they charge 30% more for and the food was cold and drenched in dressing. The meat was so dry they need to compensate by dousing it in sauce. Got the beef shawarma and a falafel sandwich. The falafel was inedible and we threw it away. Small fattoeuch with chicken for 19 bucks and small is exactly what it was. I honestly couldn't believe how little lettuce there was. Maybe it's better for pickup but wow is it bad for delivery. Without tip it was 60 bucks for 2 sandwiches and a small salad. So disappointed

I come here on an occasional basis. The food and service here has generally been good. The reason for my poor rating is the difference between the onsite and online menu pricing for many menu items. If you like the convenience of online ordering, be wary of their pricing policies. The online menu pricing can be 30% higher than what it costs if you order in the restaurant. As of writing this review, their menu (via their website) says it costs $14.99 for a burger. If you order that online, the price goes up to $19.49. Their menu says it costs $9.49 for a chicken shawarma sandwich. If you order that online, the price goes up to $12.34. Their menu says it costs $36.99 for lamb chops. If you order that online, the price goes up to $48.09. I don't think that online ordered lamb chops are worth ~$12 more than if I order them onsite.I eat out on a regular basis. There is no other restaurant that I give my business to that upcharges 30% for online orders. If I order from Shesh Besh, it's in-person only.
