Sadly, the frozen custard was no longer frozen. The kitchen needs to work better on synching up the orders.
Chocolate and vanilla frozen custard - so rich and creamy. The vanilla one tasted like crème brûlée. And the chocolate one was divine.
Outside in the parking lot
Kiosks helped to speed up the order and payment process - even though some of them were not operational.

Hard to give more than 3 stars when it was a two bite burger. The burger tasted absolutely awesome!! Problem is it was way over priced. The shake was food but nothing to write home about. The dining area was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I probably won't eat here again simply because I can get just as good a burger elsewhere for a. Third of the price.

First time visitor to a shake shack.. Food was great! service was so friendly and helpful. restaurant was clean, and even had paw patrol on one of the TVs that my kids liked. Burger and chicken and fries were really good. I loved the bbq sauce. My only complaint is the pricing. It was sooo expensive for what we got i feel.

First time for a meal there and had my best friend. We ordered at the counter since I doing that if I have questions and gives someone a job. It was a short time before we got our food. I had to put my own mustard and ketchup on. While the burgers were good, they were just as good as the ones at 5 Guys and Fries. The fries were average at best. My friend loved the fact she could get a non dairy custard which is not normal. If you need a refill, you have to go to the counter. Plenty of parking but traffic can be a nightmare.

Meh. We were 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru and the rest of the parking lot was basically empty. I asked for mini shakes, but was informed they were out of cups. I was not offered a mini shake in a larger cup much to my dismay. We purchased a regular peaches and cream shake, and also a regular chocolate shake, which were mediocre and took over 10 minutes to make. With shake in the name, I was very unimpressed..2 shakes for $13?! I will spend my money elsewhere

Service was great and friendly!!Food isn't worth the prices though. Original smash burger, small chicken nuggets, bacons cheese fries and a soda was over $20. For fast food and not a crazy order I don't think it should be that costly. Burger was decent quality, chicken nuggets were lightly breaded which was nice, dipped in honey mustard. Bacon cheese fries had a few decent bites and by a few I mean 4-5 fries had the cheese and bacon the rest was just plain fries. Nothing against the service, again staff was super friendly and quick! Just don't see the reason for the costliness of the food for fast food

I've been to the shake shack in Detroit and I wouldn't care to go to that one again but I felt like giving them another chance considering this location is close to my home and I'm glad I had a good experience here. I went through the drive through and my food was fresh and tasted really good.

Not sure why the low reviews for this Shake Shack. We ordered Doordash from here today and everything was as expected - I've had Shake Shack before from the Detroit location and the Troy one.I wanted a single hamburger but apparently they didn't let you do it on DD - not sure if it was because it was 8pm or what - so I got a cheeseburger instead (but it was still one patty...). My boyfriend got the spicy burger they're currently advertising and we both got fries. We also got a chocolate toffee milkshake to split.The burger is always a solid 4/5 for me at Shake Shack and the fries are maybe 3-3.5 ... They're basically Ore Ida fries. Shake is always a 5/5 and the chocolate toffee one didn't disappoint, although I like their cookies & cream one more.Overall 4/5 stars for this location, then - fries and burger was a bit lukewarm but it's like a 15-20 minute drive away so I can't blame them for that.

3.5 Stars? Spiritually I guess since Yelp won't let me do halves.Let's get this out of the way. It's a chain restaurant. The original tale of Shake Shack's humble beginnings may be a thing of myth and legend, but they've grown quite far beyond that.I ordered my meal online and picked it up inside. I'd ordered a shake, and there was a note on my ticket that I should pick it up at the counter. They pulled it out of a cooler and handed it to me without any delay. I just had an odd question - If it was kept in the cooler, why was it already melty when I got it? Questions for food philosophers, I suppose.My burger and fries were tasty indeed. I got the basic cheeseburger and fries, wanting to stick with the classics. They delivered on taste. My milkshake was... I guess it was fine. It seems odd that this place is called Shake Shack, and I found their shakes to be meh.Is this place worth $15+ for a single cheeseburger, fries, and a shake? Not really in my book. I wouldn't be in a rush to check this place out again anytime soon.
