Trash and expensive. I understand it is in Woodward and very busy but it is not the same as it was 10 years ago. Don't put something on the menu if you don't know how to make it. My margherita pizza has no sauce in it. Wait was so long that I have to eat it. Medium pizza is $20. Crazy even in 2024. Maybe the American pizza ( pepperoni, supreme...)will be better but mine was very disappointing

Despite being located within a bowling alley, I've gone here more for the food than bowling. The pizzas are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the crust is hand-tossed to perfection. The variety of toppings available allows for a customizable pizza experience. There is a great balance in the cheese, sauce and toppings. The portions are generous giving a great value for the money.

Terrible customer service. I called 3x and a girl mumbled in the phone and hung up within 3 seconds. The mumbling was not even audible English. I couldn't even ask her to repeat what she said because she hung up on me twice. Why list your phone number and hours of operation if you're not capable of accepting an order over the phone. If you read the other 1star reviews this happens often.

Trash. Called a few minutes before 1 to order. Lady asks me to hold as she's taking someone's order. I say "okay" then a few minutes later, I'm hung up on. I try to call back three times and it's now after 1. A guy answers and says "slices and cookies only." I'm like, "I called before 1 and was put on hold but got hung up on." And he gives me a cop out excuse of "I'm sorry we're really busy right now so it's slices or cookies only." I just hung up and decided they're not worth my money. If these businesses don't even honor their cut off times or take orders when they're sposed to simply cause they don't feel like it because they're getting business, this'll be one less dime in their pockets. Less than 0 stars if I could. Their food isn't even that great, but it's a last resort when it's late.

The pizza shop is located inside the bowling alley on Woodward. The location is really dope. When I looked at the menu, I was happy to see all of the options-pizzas, calzones, and salads. I tried the pepperoni pizza. Since I was trying a new restaurant, I only wanted to try like the most basic options today. The pizza was phenomenal. I also like that they had the seasonings available on the side so I added extra cheese, crushed peppers, and oregano. The pizza was already ready and sitting in the warmer, but it tasted really fresh. I would definitely go back to try more options and to bowl!!!

Good calzones and pizza. I prefer lunch time, as during busy evenings they may take awhile or mess up an order. I had them forget to give me marinara for a calzone multiple times, or they thought to hell with it. Which I wouldn't appreciate.

Some of my favorite pizza in the city. The sauce has some oregano and spice in it which really makes pizza stand out. Typically, just get a slice when passing by or seeing a concert at the Magic Stick. Lately, been having to walk away empty handed because they run out of cheese or pepperoni. The pizzas used to come out faster. I don't want to wait 15 minutes.

Sgt Pepperoni's hits the spot after a show at the Magic Stick or any events in Midtown. There are slices at the counter, or you may order off the menu. You get a hefty slice for the price. Don't be deterred by a long line, it moves quickly.

Came here today and ordered a pie while bowling with my three kids. Ordered a basic cheese and went to eat the last slice (my kids are all under 10) and noticed it had a super stinky, sour taste. Oh shit, the cheese was bad. Needless to say my whole family had issues later this fine holiday evening Shameful that they would use old cheese or left it out for hours. So bothered by this as I have ordered from here many times over the last 20 years whilst hitting a show at the stick or majestic. What happened....

Hot and big pizzas, excellent amount of pepperoni. Staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they had garlic knots but that is a personal thing. The atmosphere of the Magic Bag is terrific, Sgt.. P is just tucked off to the right. Next visit, planning on getting a couple of the delicious looking cookies.
