Honestly, amazing service and fast. The kaak is amazing. The kaak was fresh and delicious, which you can tell they definitely make in house with the giant oven in your face. Everytime we visit Michigan, this place is a must. Love love sesame house

I really wanted to write a great review about this place, but they did us wrong, not just once, but twice. I will start by saying that their food is great, but the service just needs a lot of improvement. We came on a Saturday for the first time and we ordered and it took them more than an hour to get our food. The restaurant was extremely hot and we couldn't even wait inside the place. Rayyana was very helpful and did her best to try to help us. When we finally got our food, we really loved it. Rayyana told us to call ahead if we come again. So we did decide to come again the next day because the day before, we just got to sample the mini ones. And also, they said they had a bid order for the mosque, so we thought, ok, that's why. So we called ahead and made our order the next day. They said about 30 minutes. We arrived more than 30 minutes later and the food was still not ready, they said another 25-30 minutes. When we almost reached an hour and the food wasn't ready, we just canceled and bought whatever they had available in the bread, which again wasn't enough. Now, what I don't understand is, their restaurant specializes in this bread called kahk. Why are they behind so much? It's the only thing they make. I think they have such a great concept and really good food. So I just hope they can keep up with the orders made. When I'm in town again, I'd like to try them one more time and see.

This place is the BOMB Love love love it- dedicated to Saak with any filling you want! If you're new to Saak or stuffed Saak, think of it as a cross between a bagel and a pizzaI'm so basic, just halloumi (cheese) and chili paste and they warm that up and I didn't get out of the parking lot without eating half of it. You can watch them baking the bread right in front of you as you order- seriously not place like this anywhere. The guys are super friendly also so just tell them it's new to you and they'll help you order. I also bought a second one just to try different stuffing, labneh makdous (labneh is basically thick yogurt & makdous is like a tiny eggplant cured and stuffed with walnuts, garlic, spices)This one is served cold and had such a nice tang to it. The labneh is a plain base for the saltiness of the makdousJust be adventures and try something you know nothing about because everything's a winner hereIf there's a wait, stroll right or left to Shatila or New Yasmeen and shop while you wait

Just had a zatar seasoned Kaak with olives and cucumber. It was simply great. Warm from being just heated, crispy, and the nutty notes of the sesame. The crunch of the veggies and saltiness of the olives hit the spot. I can't wait to return. Saw an article in the newspaper and had to make the visit. First saw Kaak at the Dearborn Fresh market, but didn't know what they were. Can't wait to try more of the Sesame House menu.

Delicious street food from Beirut! Fresh baked sandwich purses filled with veggies, meats and cheese. Labneh with veggies is kind of like a healthier bagel. Sojouk with cheese was like a Lebanese pizza. Great combo to share. One is served cold and the other hot.

Everything we tried here was excellent. We picked up our order and drove 25 minutes to get home and everything still tasted great. My favorite was the one with cheese and the one with labne, zaatar, and veggies, SO GOOD! Can't wait to go back.

I tried their Kaake Plain and kaake with zaatar + labneh and it was very delightful. I came during their closing time and they were kind enough to make me these sandwiches. Tasted really fresh. You can taste the sesame and the fresh bread and their zaatar mix was tangy and zesty - as it should. Definitely a great option for breakfast.

I don't think I'll be able to eat and enjoy regular meat/cheese pies AKA manakish ever again. This new dearborn Lebanese bakery is FANTASTIC. Their sesame pies are full of nutty flavor and they're stuffed with literally any typical Lebanese pie toppings you can think of. I had the zaatar and cheese and the labna with olives. I can't believe how delicious they are. Thin, crispy, nutty and fresh! You might find they are busy, so call ahead to make your order! Cannot wait to dine in with the family!

Found this place on tik tok and immediately my husband and I had to go try it. We're from Chicago and there's a lot of middle eastern restaurants but this place is DELICIOUS. The food is fresh, the staff is kind and they have reasonable prices. It was so good we went again the next morning. Highly recommend.
