Seated fast and friendly. Menu is simple, and a little on the high-priced side. The place is very clean, and maintained well. So many decorative themes happening that I'm not sure what the intention was... airport, marina, or surf shop. The food was great. We had a Cuban (with both mustards) and the Nachos with beef and white queso.Pulled pork on the Cuban was exceptional, and the sandwich was a great portion for the price. The nachos were made well, every bite was worth it. Beautiful presentation for something headed to the bottomless pit.I also had a draft beer. Temp was a little warm, but the beer was fresh.Overall great experience. $50 for 2 people, including tip

The Rusted Crow on The Lake is a great restaurant that takes the area's history of flight, and puts it into the Decor. There's a number of photos and art pieces in the main area, which really brings a nice atmosphere to the place. That said, not once have I been to a restaurant just for the ambiance. The service was very good, within a minute after the host brings you to a table, you'll be greeted by a server. Every time i've been here it was pretty full, but it didn't affect how attentive our waiter was.The food is some of the best in the area, with a huge focus on Detroit Style Pizzas (deeper pan style, if this is new to you). They cover them with a great amount of high quality toppings, and have found myself full after a couple slices, very filling. Also loved the nachos that again had great tasting ingredients and plenty of them. I've had a few cocktails that were generously poured and just writing this review makes me feel it's time to go back ASAP. I really hope they keep it up - if there's one thing i could change it would be the volume when the place fills up. It has a high ceiling and every other surface (floor and walls) are all hard surfaces - so there's a bit of a 'din' you have to shout over sometimes, a few rugs, even on the walls or ceiling would help this. Still 5 stars!

I've eaten at the rusted crow several times. Their food is fantastic. Best wings I've had in the Midwest. Maybe best anywhere. Manager is super cool. Service is usually good. This time was much different tho. I've never had this sort of bizarre encounter at a restaurant before. I arrived at the Rusted Crow and sat myself down at the bar at 10:17PM on a Saturday night. "Bartender P" was busy making drinks but we made eye contact so I know she saw me. I just wanted wings and a whiskey. It's dead in there. There's only 3 other people at the bar and 3 chilling at a table. Idk who she was even making the drinks for. Another gentleman walked in right behind me and asked the front hostess if the kitchen was still open and she said yes til 10:30. He sits down next to me and we have a full on conversation while trying to get the bartenders attention multiple times but she doesn't even come to greet us. Finally at 10:27 she comes over and asks what we're drinking and we ask to order food. She says sorry kitchen closes at 1030. I look at my watch it it literally says 10:27 PM. I tell her it's not 10:30 it's 10:27 so can we put in a quick order. She gives me attitude and tells me it's too late cuz it's 1030. Im flabbergasted at this point because I show her my Apple Watch says 10:27. I asked if she could make an exception. She said no. I told her we had been waiting for over 10 minutes. She snaps back and says we were not waiting for 10 minutes. At this point she is actually trying to convince me that I wasn't sitting at the bar waiting for her for 10 minutes lol. I asked her if she looked at her watch when we came in to which she responds again that we weren't waiting 10 minutes. The gentleman next to me butts in and says we were indeed waiting for 10 minutes and just wanted a quick order of food. After giving us more attitude she finally obliges and puts our order in. Of course once we get our food she forgets condiments but I have a sneaking suspicion she didn't actually forget but was retaliating because we came into a restaurant on a Saturday night and wanted to order food. Perhaps Bartender P should reconsider working at a food serving establishment if she doesn't like working in the evenings and it takes her 10 minutes to finish making one round of drinks and 10 mins to greet a customer at her empty bar

I was super sad when Rusted Crow downtown disappeared because it was nice having another distillery downtown, but I was out this way to meet some high school friends and we decided this would be the spot to meet. I'm not super familiar with Belleville but this was an absolutely area of town, and like the name suggests near a lake. They did a great job melding their steampunk/Victorian aesthetics with the local boating culture. Just absolutely quaint. The location itself is a full service restaurant along with distillery, the nice bonus is that they 8 taps with beers plus they carry other liquors.Honestly some of the best bourbon prices I've seen in a long time. Would honestly come back here in a heart beat.

Where else can you see an inverted Ercoupe at the bar? Super cool motif and vibe. Quick lunch and went with a hangover burger. Not a disappointment with perfectly cooked bacon and fried egg. Interesting fries and a great dish all around. Kind servers and good people overall.

Best cheese bread EVER! I never write reviews but came just to say that this place has great food and drinks. The rum punch cocktail was delish. But I especially cannot get over the cheese bread app. My friends agreed!! :)

We popped in before happy hour, place was pretty slow. The atmosphere and ambiance were great. Loved all of the walls paintings, things to look at, strategically placed TV's, the special touches in the bathroom. The design that blends together water, drinks, crows, seemed a little all over the place but you could tell each part was specifically thought of. Drinks were good - sure wish they had a patio

This restaurant is large and open, sports bar atmosphere. Not too loud, comfy booths. Service was immediate and very friendly.I ordered the Diablo burger with fries, and a side of Mac n cheese. The burger was large and really good, except for the bun. It was hard and flaky, like it wasn't fresh. I ended up discarding it. The fries were well prepared, and would have been tasty, but they were cold when I got them. The Mac n cheese looked good, creamy, with a nice sprinkling of breading. Unfortunately, the dish had almost no flavor whatsoever.Overall, it was quite an underwhelming meal.

I heard about this place from a few others so I thought I'd give it a try! The ambience inside was awesome, I really loved the artwork on the walls and there's a few awesome stuff to look at in the restaurant like the airplane hanging from the ceiling over the bar area and the engines all placed along the wall on the ceiling. The cheese curds were probably my favorite to eat, it was perfectly breaded and bursting with flavor and the cheese was oozing out as they should be! I also tried the Philly cheese steak pizza and I couldn't finish it so I took it home for later. When I came in the place wasn't too busy so I was seated right away and my server was very accommodating to my every request! I will definitely be back!
