Ruby Chinese Restaurant

I stepped outside of my comfort zone and ordered chicken lo mein. I requested no bok choy but extra water chestnuts, peapods and broccoli. The chicken lo mein was excellent. Very flavorful sauce with tender chicken and crispy fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this family owned restaurant. They even serve homemade rolls made from scratch in their own kitchens .

We have gone to Ruby's for years . We usually get the Almond Chicken or the Seeet and Sor Chicken combos. There was a period last year that the food wasn't as good and we stopped ordering from there . The last 4-5 months the foods been great . Our last order of the Sweet and sour was the best . The chicken was really moist and the rice was better than ever .. moist and not as heavily coated with soy sauce . Would recommend if you haven't gone back for awhile

Bad service the food serving size was good but the foods taste was very poor I got orange chicken spicy my food wasn't a single bit spicy and the food have very little flavor and the flavor was not there right flavor and when we left we did separate bills I payed and left a tip my friend payed but did not leave a tip and the main lady there was very persistent on him giving a tip

Walked in yesterday at 7:15 PM to pick up my carry out order. Women was at back of restaurant on her phone. She never looked up. I waited 10 minutes. Only 2 tables in restaurant had 2 people each eating. Waitress looked up and went to kitchen. Finally, woman comes up and acts like I just walked in. Service is very slow. I ordered 1 combination and 1 quart of almond boneless chicken. Received 2 combinations. They seem to get orders right. There must be a better service restaurant in this area. You are taking your chances with getting what you want here plus very slow service.

Very disappointed, We ordered 3 different meals and egg rolls, all the chicken was slimy and no taste adding soysauce i could even fix it. egg rolls were soggy i would have been better off going to mcdonald's

How this place only had 3 stars is shocking. We visit Ruby's on a weekly basis. The food is great and you get very large portions. Do NOT expect friendly service though, which for us has become entertaining. We usually get almond boneless or orange chicken.

the food was very bland and my order wasn't complete. they forgot my egg roll which i PAID for and just not worth the money! don't waste your time!

I tried this place a few times their food was good and service and I would get the garlic rib tips but this last time as of September 8, I I wanted to try something different from my usual so I ordered steak and shrimp fried rice, which wasn't bad until I start chewing and discovered something hard and it was a broken tooth,eww very disappointed.

Worst Chinese food in town. I can't blame the ladies for trying. They're attempting to run a business. But please do not go. It's tastes old and nothing tastes legitimate.Soup tastes old. Worst eggroll I've ever eaten. Cups and silverware all dirty.

Food poisoning from 2 meals we had a few days ago. Both my husband and I as well as his brother. Beware they must have very poor standards for what fresh food is. Will be reporting to the authorities.
