Quickly's second location in Auburn Hills is a blessing to all the boba deprived souls in that area. Stopped by tonight to scope out the new spot and it's just as nice as their first location in Troy - consistent in quality and service. So much yes.Location/decor:This shop is in the middle of the downtown Auburn Hills area. There's a few parking spots in the front, but my recommendation is to go towards the back where there is a parking lot. The inside of this place is so hip and trendy. Reminds me of the location in Troy as well as a the boba shops That we have back home in Southern California. They play really chill and relaxing music, There's plenty of tables where you can study or just chill, And they have board games for you to play too (incase you didn't want to study lol).It looks so much nicer than the businesses that were there before - an amazing job by the people who designed it. Boba:I Have never had any issues with quickly's boba in Michigan. I'm not sure if the shops back in California just got lazy or do things differently but it isn't very good at home. I'm so glad that's not the case here.I ordered a jasmine milk tea with Boba and egg pudding. Not too sweet, no powder (thank all the heavens above because powder is gross and has no place in good boba shops), and the boba was really chewy and just right (nothing undercooked or overcooked). Love love love. I'm very picky too When it comes to jasmine milk tea because of all the different ones I've tried out at home (boba spots are literally almost on every corner in socal) so I am very happy with the way this one came out. Will have to come back again when I'm in the area for the snacks. I've had some in Troy and I'm willing to put money on them being the same quality and taste. In other words, super yummy. Their popcorn chicken, mochi waffles, and spam musubi have always been on point for me. Employees and owner were super friendly and quick to make really good recommendations for us. I know that boba is a newer thing out here compared to in California, so whether you're a newbie who wants to try it or a seasoned boba connoisseur like yours truly, then I recommend you check this place out!

I was at Great Lakes with my child and she was in the mood for some tea. I asked her if she wanted to go to our usual spot in the area, and she replied she wanted some Quickly. I remembered that there was actually a Quickly location in Auburn Hills so we traveled over here. The parking situation was interesting but I found a spot right in front of the building on the street, very convenient. It looked like they had a nice variety of enticing snacks which we did not get this time, as tempting as it was, so I cannot comment on their food game here other than the egg waffles were all unavailable at the time. The people here seemed friendly. The space is interesting, it is an odd shaped small space, but still has plenty of seating even though one couch was deemed "out of order." My child loves this place because you can buy what seems like a bucket of tea when you get the large. Her favorite it the brown sugar milk tea. I got the small this time. I got a peach raspberry tea with pink heart jellies for Valentine's Day. It was surprisingly delightful because I never quite know what I am getting if it is something I have never ordered before. I enjoyed it and would get it again. It was called Peachy Keen on the chalkboard. Quickly is definitely on our bubble tea rotation list.

I'm so excited to have discovered Quickly! I ordered a Tiger Milk Tea, and it was excellent. Being lactose intolerant, I normally never can have milk tea, but Quickly is coconut based! The menu was extensive, and I will be returning!! Very clean inside, would be a good place to work or study, & service was fast. I wish Quickly would open in North Rochester Hills!!

Nice building with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. It's close to the park so that's nice as well! The workers were quick and helpful. I got a taro slush which was not blended enough, making it very crunchy and unsatisfying. My husband got a taro milk tea with boba, that was a lot better, milkier than most places but good. We will definitely be back to try more drinks and food because the menu looked big and yummy! 3/5 because my tarp slush could've been much better.

Unfortunately, I have to report that my first visit here wasn't great. The woman at the register was very bored acting and not friendly. This was my first time three so I had like 3 menu questions and she seemed put out to answer them. That first impression didn't sit well with me. I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba drink. The drink was over the top sweet, it needed to be cut with more tea. And the Bobo pearls were VERY mushy. So I was not impressed at all. For this to be a Boba Cafe, I expect them to perfect the Boba drinks.I ordered a popcorn chicken (I forgot to take a photo). I was not impressed with that either. The chicken tasted a little old, and there was no special seasoning or anything. And when I asked if they had sauces, I was told I could use what was on the counter. I eat ketchup, Sriracha, Etc. I've never come across popcorn chicken did not come with a dipping sauce. Disappointing. To try this location was a 20 minute drive for me, so I will not be doing it again anytime soon. If I'm in the area, I might give their Troy location to try and see if it's any better.

Came back and got the popcorn chicken. It wasn't spicy like the 1st time I had it. Love the waffle fries! Tried the strawberry tea, which was good. It's not overly sweet. I'd still like to try other things on the menu. I'm new to this whole boba tea craze. Customer service was great as usual.

The food and drinks were good. However, the service was abysmal. An individual named Emily set a precedent that wasn't pleasant to attend the restaurant. Upon setting a bag down on the counter they immediately retaliated and told us to remove our items off the counter due to our materials being filthy. Their overall demeanor and notion that was set provoked an unwelcome feeling. It's surreal that they are still present at the business and their arrogance still perseveres. I sought to change this review to be higher as the other workers were nice, however they prove to be a negligent worker. Upon other reviews as well, they display the ongoing issue in the workforce at Quickly.Additionally, upon speaking about their behavior they mumbled under their breath they expressed that we should be visiting our country as we are not white. Racist comments are still under the radar most likely and prove to be prevalent with Emily. The few experiences of trying to bear their behavior and remarks, it still has prove that they're dangerous for the establishment. If they're treating the customers like this among other disturbing instances, it begs the question of how the other workers feel. The other sentiments on this worker most likely go ignored and need to be recognized. This persisting issue of other customers having similar repugnant tales it's not remotely okay. I'm fixated on sustaining this review until they're consulted with, they need to be fired. They serve as arrogant, racist, negligent, and vilify their customer base. They won't serve any profit for their business regardless of experience and will ruin the business over time. Customer base already expressed they are discontent and will be attending other businesses. Quickly can certainly do better as both the workers and customers are impacted.

I really like this boba (and snack) shop! They offer a good variety of boba flavors and toppings, including the uncommon ones that I haven't seen at anywhere else (Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc). They also have snacks (like appetizers) to go with. I ordered Taiwanese popcorn chicken and longan milk tea with tapioca and milk pudding (flan). They were both delicious! It's nice to go to a place like this for a light meal and boba after work. Although there were 4 customers waiting ahead of me, I still got my food and drink pretty quickly (cheers to their store name lol).I'm Taiwanese and in my opinion the "Taiwanese" popcorn chicken should go with basil. Although the popcorn chicken tasted satisfying, it seemed to lack a flavor which is basil. Otherwise the longan boba was amazing! I was delighted to find out that there were actual longan pieces in the boba! This is rare. I'm looking forward to try other bobas next time. There are some parking spots (1-hour limit) in front of this and surrounding shops but there is also a public parking lot (free) behind all those shops. I parked in the parking lot and it was fine. You just have to walk a short distance to this shop. The inside of this shop is nice and clean. They have a couch too. However, one disadvantage of this shop is that their wifi is not working. It's not a "cafe" as they claimed, as I'd expect cafes to provide working internet. I won't be planning on doing my work at this shop.
