I don't fully understand the concept behind branding or sales. Promotions are pushed so hard that are decent at best limited deals. Which means you have to shop on their time to ever get a deal or hope you come on a day that has a deal relating to your order.Also having employees walk around the store with ipads and setting it up like a museum does not feel like heightened customer service. It feels like an Apple Store. I do not want to be high in an apple store. It would be a lot more effective to have two parallel customer service desks where the employees behind the desk actually make recommendations instead of rush you to push their line. The small font menus at the front do not help. People want to know based on personal recommendations not just place orders based on lab test. -punchcards/ customer rewards-more intimate design-new graphics (wallpaper)-better lighting

I was surprised to see all of the one star reviews for this place. This is the second time I've been to Quality Roots (once last summer and again this past weekend). Staff have always been kind and helpful when I've been there. They even try to throw on extra discounts when they can which I appreciate. They have a nice selection of items to choose from. They also have a website so you can look up items before your visit, or you can place an order online and either pick it up in store, or you can pick up curbside. The only reason I docked a star is because if you are a newbie to these products, the staff does not do much to explain what the product is/how it is used, etc. other than that, I am a fan of Quality Roots and I will visit again the next time I'm in the Detroit area!

Very expensive commercial cannabis with inconsistent hours. As the others have said, you can get better quality for less at competitor locations just a couple blocks away. The reason this place stays in business is because they are very loose with ID requirements. The reason why they are loose with ID is so they can over charge consumers.

I was recently in your Waterford store and was shocked at the way I was treated by the staff. They seemed uneducated on what you sell. They don't seem like they've been orientated to your products at all. I knew more than the representative that was trying everything on the shelves. I knew exactly what I wanted asked for exactly what I wanted and it still took over 40 minutes because your employee wanted to try to upsell me even though I said to stop I will not be returning to this dispensary.

Yo...Apple Maps said 10 pm is closing...multiple people where waiting and mad...manager comes out!! And threaten to call the cops...ppl keep knocking on the door because the hours show they are open til 10...a simple misunderstand...wasting ppl time....by not communicating the right closing times...the fact the manager came out talking bout " I'M calling the cops...call the cops on a customer that's upset because you wasted multiple people's time???
