Product was fine. Customer service was regular.But they had a 3-30 deal on the board. I asked for it. They grabbed the wax and while they did it I remarked on how amazing it was that we can use our card and how I love not having to use the ATM....... He agreed and rung me up..... it came to $43 when I asked why, he said they charged me a $3 "atm at the register fee" and he's going to give me $5 back.Now, he gave me the $5 so it's not like I'm out $ because 43-5 is 38 and with a "$3 atm fee" and tax that's about right........ BUT WHY THE FUCK DID IT HAPPEN THIS WAY. It felt shady as all hell. Felt like I was lied to about the $3 ATM fee and it felt that way because he TOLD it all to me. Put a sign up that says "$3 fee if you use card -mgmt" Also I have NEVER been charged an ATM fee at the register. unless there was a minimum but we all know minimums are 5.00 and that's a thing of the past anyway.Needless to say. Stay away. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
