This is by far my favorite dispensary. For so long I was going to dispensaries in Ferndale and they were always so busy, I would dread going inside. Here someone is always quick to welcome you and I've rarely had to wait for service. Some of the employees had some solid costumes around Halloween too.

Very rude staff and unprofessional management! I've been coming here everyday for the past 4 years. I will no longer be shopping with you guys. If your reading this review go to PUFF.

Nothing like a good dispensary run.In Detroit for some business and had to stop in. Love how clean and organized the facility was. The check in process was great! We were greeted at the front and welcomed in with a 10% first timers discount.My bud tender was Jayzee, he told me all about the deals and also added some humor to my visit. Prices were the bomb!! I'm definitely coming back here when I'm in Detroit!Thanks Quality Roots

Where do I start, first off went in to get a deal they didn't wanna honor, and as this guy is trying to grab my stuff I have to tell him where they are at because apparently he can't read their on signs marking items. Then he adds it all up wrong, didn't do another deal they had posted, fixed it then on the other item that was on sale they marked at full price, so now I'm on my third try I got rosin marked on their on dam 710 sale, he puts the wrong price and then i literally point to the paper with the deal he looks at it 4 times can't find it as I'm pointing at it. So he says it's not on sale and gives me attitude so I had to pull my phone out and then he can magically read? Please hire better staff, I liked this place till recently, literally wasted 20 mins in line so finally just walked out. This is the manager btw like wtf, pretty sure he was trying to get some extra money

I used to love shopping at Quality Roots in Berkeley and visited often due to its proximity to my home. Over the past two weeks, I purchased three vaporizers from them, spending my hard-earned money each time. Unfortunately, each vaporizer had issues: * The first one completely stopped working on the second day. * Assuming it was just a one-off defect, I returned to buy a different brand, but that one wouldn't produce any smoke. * Finally, I purchased a vaporizer I usually like, but again, on the second day, it stopped working. It wasn't clogged, had a full charge, and still wouldn't work.When I called, I was told to bring it back whenever I had the chance--no mention of a 24- or 48-hour return window. However, when I returned the next morning, the budtender told me I needed to have come within 24 hours and have my receipt. He didn't even check my purchase history before denying my request. I then spoke with the assistant manager, Landon, who sees me frequently, but he also showed no compassion or understanding. He mentioned I had a 48-hour window, checked my history, and said I was just out of it. He offered me a new one at only $5 off.After spending $75 on three separate occasions and receiving faulty products each time, it was disappointing to be treated like this. There are several other dispensaries nearby, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere due to the poor customer service and the low quality of products sold here. Very disappointing experience overall.

Very unprofessional management. The workers are worse. They allow staff to have attitudes and be very rude with shoppers yelling and even being confrontational.

Waste of time. Parking lot is to small. Line very inconvenient. Very dissapointed in my trip. Waited so long i forgot to use my free pre roll coupon and did not get a free gram friday gram.

Decent store but they charge all cards as ATM withdrawals without making it clear your bank might charge you additional. When I called to get a partial refund they said it was my fault for not reading the signs (that were not clearly posted).

do not ever give this place your money. they don't let you check out or smell the weed. they give you ounces by the 8th. they do not ever replace the nugs in display cases. all of them are grey and brown? the staff is rude and i would give this place a 0 if I could. oh by the way, they do everything they can to delete reviews on all apps that they are on. STAY AWAY
