This place is fine if you know what you're after. I've definitely had better bud tender experiences at other dispensaries. The folks here don't tend to ask a lot of questions or make suggestions. I feel like they kind of act more like order takers rather than consultants who are able to learn about the type of THC experience you want to have, then offer some options & suggestions to help you achieve that. Fortunately, we us this as a restocking location only and for that it suits the bill.This location is cash only w/ several ATMs on site, $3 transaction fee

I was searching for some low THC/High CBD gummies. Puff handles Medical and Recreational. My person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found out that Monday's are Medical Day with an extra discount (lucky me). I was limited to the medical area, so I couldn't really see everything Puff has to offer. From what I could tell and smell, they have a lot of top quality items, a nice variety of all your needs. Give them a try.

Sativa gives me extreme anxiety now that I am a little older and it's a no go for me. I end up getting a hybrid looking for an indica for cheap.I was looking for a indica cartridge and ended up walking out with a hybrid and didn't know it till I got home was the problem. He said "yeah heavy indica" , was pretty upset about it actually, considering it said hybrid. It's not a new thing to me. I am almost 40, but I was pleasantly surprised when I looked up the strain and found out that it was a mostly Indica hybrid anyway when I researched it after I got home! Idon't know why they would package this product as a hybrid. I'm not going to say what product is because it's great and I don't want you to think any less of it.This is as an originally bad review but I got exactly what I wanted, but the companies making the products don't know what they're doing apparently. Ty puff, great dispensary/price.

They have most of the right product. Just not great deals. They are a higher priced dispensary for sure. Not great service either. Most of them don't even seem like they smoke, or listen to you when you ask them for something in particular. They always bring you some high priced, up sell trash. Not my favorite place.

I made an order for a large amount of Platinum Cartridges and upon arrival one of the carts had been leaking and was only half full. If I was in store I would have noticed but because It was a delivery i didn't until I was checking all my product out. Keep a better eye on what you put in customers bags...

i always have a good experience here the only complaint i would have is that they just changed their website and it is now awful and difficult to use!! i'm 20 and use my med card i had no issues placing an online order before but now even if i select med it will not let me place the order, also always says the "order que is running behind and to refresh" but it literally just doesn't work lol. idk why they fixed something that wasn't broken to begin with? but other than that it's decent

I had great experience with the Bud tenders. Absolutely the best deals compared to my home state. Every time I come to Michigan 100% going to Puff!!!

They've got a decent selection, helpful staff and a nice location. My only complaint is curbside pickup is very hit or miss. I've had multiple times I needed to call more than once to pick up a curbside order. This leads to long wait times while you sit and watch others pull up, get their order in 10 minutes and leave. If they can get a better system in place (for example, HOD), it'd be my go-to place!

They sell pot! What review do you want? As long as I walk out with my purchase, I'm good. For crying g out loud, they work at a pot store, why wouldn't they be nice?

Everything could improve here from customer service to their product. 90% of the time I wonder if any of you know what cannabis is. It's like you guys sell high times weed smells good. Look good you get home after you spent fucking two to $300 on a garbage ass ounce and I would say this is probably 60% of the time. They are just like every other dispensary they got good shit but later on they keep getting garbage and more garbage and more garbage fucking weed taste like you're smoking leaves off a tree.
