Great selection of products friendly staff however, the few times I've come here my order has been incorrect, every time - 3x trying to have faith in you guys but I have to check out a diff dispensary). I've strictly opted for sativas concentrates and have gotten Indica; super inconvenient CHECK ORDERS, & verify before delivery.

I understand that you can do what you want with your business, it's yours...But why they wouldn't price match within 50 miles like Puff Madison Heights and Puff Utica do is confusing...you may be franchised, but consistency is key when you're the most recognizable dispensary chain in Metro Detroit.More importantly however was the attitude I got from the manager/owner when I asked - it was dismissive and frankly kind of rude. Unfortunate, because I now live closer to this Puff, but will be making the drive to Madison Heights because of their management's professionalism and pricing.

They been having the same products nothing New every time! Like what the fuck goin on where all the strains went every time I go to this location the customer service is ass lots of those Woman behind the counter lazy seems like all of em them youngin woman doesn't wanna be there or help when it's convenient for them they only help there own favorite customers out but I Get better customer service experiences everyone more prompt at the Utica location and everyone actually treats every customer fairly Plus there's always Been better weed Selections At PUFF Van Dyke Utica Location.

They erase real reviews as google lets them. Puff is one of the most unprofessional dispensaries I've visited thus far. DO NOT RECOMMEND
