I stopped in around 11pm because I saw online that they were open late. The employee asked if it was my first time and recommended I get the prime rice bowl. I took his suggestion and also ordered a 3 piece chicken tender. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I had about a 15 minute drive home and my bowl was still hot when I got home. The portion is huge and the flavors are great. I barley put a dent in the bowl that night, so I rewarmed it for lunch. My friend tasted it on the 2nd day and decided to go to Prime Eatery for dinner that night. The tenders were crunchy and full of flavor as well. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Love the bowls, always packed and straight drop. Can't go wrong when wanting to try something new. The Mexicana bowl and the Prime rice bowel (adding hot Cheetos and jalapeños) are great staples. Service is also great and location is spacious.

One of the best burgers in the city, hands down! The photos was from two separate times I went. Service is also 12/10, can't wait to be back next!

This place is really great! It's very clean, and everything is made fresh. I told the friendly waitstaff that I wanted tap water, and they told me to just take a bottled water on the house. The food is delicious, and the portions are large. I got the Prime burger (onion bun, 5oz patty, coleslaw, fried egg, turkey bacon, mozzarella sticks, onion ring, prime sauce), and my husband got the classic burger. Their waffle fries are so good, I have been craving them since I had them. We frequently go to burger joints, and the prices at this one were lower than most others places. We'll definitely be back! The one criticism I have is that I think ketchup and napkins should be available at the tables or counter so we don't have to ask for them.

The food was excellent. Service was great. I tried the Asian Zing Chicken Sandwich which was great. The tenders were great also

Prime Steak BBQ and Prime Burger were amazing!!! Nor did an amazing job too! She recommended the bowl next time.Will definitely go back and we definitely recommend!

I've been trying out their bowls and was especially impressed with the Asian zing bowl. I was expecting just another soy sauce rice chicken combo but was hit with an abundance of flavor within the first bite and enjoyed the bowl the entire way through. I even set the dish down and came back to it after rushing a phone call and didn't even realize I rushed the call. In short my new favorite after work food

Super yummy and flavorful! The beef patty was tender and juicy. Just the right amount of heat and cheese. And the waffle fries were the perfect addition My husband and I immediately ordered another 2 burgers right after definitely a crave !!!! Must try

I see this place all over Instagram advertising their food. Pictures did this place justice, not much for the taste. I ordered the food, went to pick it up the place was empty, they have little kids cooking in the kitchen, and there was barely any orders. Okay maybe they are having a slow day I thought. Inside was nice it's small, very quiet, and clean. As for the food when I arrived home, the food was already cold, the fries were hard and cold. I got the Mexicana fries it was nice but it could've used less of the orange sauce they put in there. They drenched it with that sauce even though I asked them to put the sauce on the side I received it on the fries. I got the regular burger, it wasn't like wow you can still taste the meat it was under seasoned.
