Prime Cuisine

Prime Cuisine had, possibly, the best Fatoush Salad I've ever had. The Fatoush dressing was certainly the best I've ever had. It was tangy and lemony and full of fresh herbs. I have always been partial to Bucharest's Fatoush dressing, but Prime Cuisine beats it out, which is extremely high praise The shrimp in my Fatoush Salad was very well seasoned, cooked, and de-shelled. This was not just warmed up shrimp thrown on the salad for protein. The shrimp was decent size and it mixed with the dressing was excellent. The size of the Fatoush was great too. A small is more than enough to fill someone up. The owners of the place were awesome and attentive. I called the location with some questions and they answered the phone right away and were very helpful and pleasant. When I got to the restaurant, they were incredible hosts. People who definitely make you want to come back.The restaurant is surprisingly large. Like it's huge and very well lit, with a TV for viewing. Normally, Middle Eastern spots are more geared towards takeout and have limited seating. That wasn't the case at all here.I really enjoyed it and will be back again. I'd encourage anyone in Northville to try it for some extremely solid Middle Eastern!

We finally made it here! The lentil soup was delicious (we will be back very soon for more!).We got sandwiches which were very large, moist and delicious. Oh! They have a punch card for the sandwiches, yay!The owner was warm and welcoming when he came over and chatted with us. He told us more about how they make everything in-house and use fresh ingredients.They will be selling at the Northville Farmers Market when it starts back up so more people can try their yummy food. I can't wait to go back!

The food and service at Prime Cuisine are truly exceptional, a shining example of Mediterranean cuisine at its finest. This is our go-to destination, surpassing all others. Dishes are prepared with fresh & tasty ingredients. The ownership embodies professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. We are regulars and it's nice that they greet us by name when we arrive. We visit Prime Cuisine at least weekly, often more. Ideal for carryouts, the generous portions are a testament to their commitment.

Stopped by yesterday. Ordered tawook sandwich, shawarma bowl and salad. Everything was fresh and spot on. Nice to have place this in Northville. Place as clean and staff friendly.Can`t wait to try other things on the menu!

The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. Portions are generous. Staff is friendly and efficient. Pleasant atmosphere; I mostly carry out but was comfortable when I dined inside.Give them a try- it would be nice to keep them the neighborhood.

The new owner has improved on every item and the in-house dining is nicer now. We've lived in Dearborn all our lives, so our standards for this cuisine are very high.We've been to just about every mideastern restaurant in this area, and across the menu, every item here is the best we've had!!!The chicken, garlic sauce, rice, baba, salads and especially the lentil soup are absolutely the best and the portions are huge!Highly recommend this restaurant.You will be very pleased.TDB

We were looking for a place to sit after a long day of cleaning up for Earth Day. We spotted this buisness and pulled into the lot. They were a little slow, there were only a couple others suiting down, but we dove right in. We ordered a Lamb Gyro and some grape leaves. Also a cheeseburger. Having a personal relationship with grape leaves, these were some of the best I've ever eaten. The gyro was top notch, very good. My wife's burger was really good & reasonably priced. The seating area was large and comfortable, with charging stations along the perimeter walls for added convienence. Will defiantly be back to this family owned shop.

New Mediterranean restaurant in the area. I have picked up deliveries at least six times now. The owner is super friendly and his staff is great. They go above and beyond with treating delivery drivers with respect! As always, I had to try the lentil soup. I have tried from at least 30 different restaurants in the area in the past three years. This lentil soup is definitely in my top two! I need to do a side-by-side comparison for taste ... but it is definitely number one value!

Great lunch deal. Pita sandwich with fries and a drink - 10 bucks. I had lamb kebab once that had a strange texture. Over tenderized or sat in marinade too long.

New great Lebanese restaurant. Huge menu, very on point . Our group of 4 ordered widely and I'm ready to say everything was excellent!!!!
