Excellent food, excellent service! Always fresh and staff is super friendly! When it was my first time, they walked me thru every step and made me feel so much more comfortable!!! Very clean store as well :)

Birthday stop #1 on the Roadtrip to the Parental UnitsThis location is in the middle of a busy shopping area. Parking is kind of tight, making it tricky to get in and out. The shop was busy with the tail end of the lunch rush, yet still bright and clean. It seemed the staff behind the counter was a bit new or in training, so I let them take their time. I was in no hurry and my needs were simple.It took a short while - the cashier was assembling a to-go order and I was sure the cardboard box was winning - but eventually he got it packed up. The patron was very patient and genuinely thanked him, so I took that as a good sign.He didn't quite know how to ring up a gift card. A manager was nearby and assisted. What impressed me was that he didn't just take over the register. He assured his teammate that he was doing it correctly and just provided a prompt or two, along with encouragement. That scene was worth the price of admission! I made my purchase, thanked them both and we exchanged well wishes for the weekend ahead.Oh, and my brother really appreciated the belated birthday gift. I can see why he's a regular at his local Pita Way!

excellent fast, Mediterranean wraps and salads and bowls. However, the food is not the best part of this business, it's the unfailing, cheerful, helpful, friendly attitude of everybody behind the counter. I've never been failed to be greeted to be offered suggestions to be told about specials and generally feel like I'm family when I walk in the door. This is a go to lunch spot on the north side of Rochester. Don't miss it.

I'm so excited to have a Pita Way join our neighborhood. When we lived in Iowa, I ate at one about 2x a month and always had awesome meals.This location is no different. Fresh food, great sandwiches or salads and friendly service. The location is awesome, especially if you workout at the nearby gyms - lots of healthy alterternatives here. In addition to individual meals, PIta Way does catering, which is perfect for parties or work functions. I've had the chicken, rice and salad several times and it's always a big hit. Super happy Pita Way is here. Can't wait to come here again.

This small restaurant has good food. You will pay for any substitutions. Best thing on the menu is the big $40 tray with 3-4 meats and all the adornments. Perfect for dinner out.

Always impressed with the staff. Came in 2 minutes before they were closing last time we stopped in and they were awesome. Every time we've grabbed grub from here, we leave impressed and happy with the food.Food is always fresh and tastes great. Quick, fresh Mediterranean served by a great staff.

Always good food here . I get the shawarma loaded up ! Family likes the falafel. Friendly helpful staff and management. This is one of the best Pita way's out go to for a quick bite that isn't a burger place. Has some seating and is clean . Beat shawarma around.

The food was okay. Too much rice, such a waste. More of a carry out place than a sit down restaurant even though there are tables and chairs there.

Food was immaculate, they gave great portions, staff was incredibly friendly and got me through the line very quickly. All smiles and good music, Ben was especially helpful with my first time being here. Super clean location. Highly recommend!
