Pita Way - Novi

It's located across from 12 Oaks and close to 12 Mile Road. Ordered two Pita way bowl: hummus base, white chicken meat, spicy hummus, garlic and chipotle fire sauce, tourshi, pickled turnip, jalapeño, chick peas, beets, onions, pickles, tabouli, added sumac and the second bowl with ghost pepper seasoning on top of the bowl. $30.72.I wasn't asked if I wanted pita bread at all during my visit. The spicy hummus is their plain hummus topped with some cayenne seasoning on it. They ran low on tabouli for our two bowls, so I watched a staffer toss some parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, fattoush looking dressing and dry seasoning to it. Had to improvise to complete the order it seems. We both enjoyed the medley of each ingredient added to the bowl. Sauces add a creaminess and good kick and additional flavors. Ingredients seem fresh. Chicken wasn't dry. The portions are all rationed out, not hugely generous, but sufficient. We both felt satiated after our bowls, but not stuffed.

It's absolutely freezing in the restaurant. Food was okay- very skimpy on the toppings for the bowl. Seems over priced for what you get. Turn your heat on!!

I went here on Wednesday night with my mom, we wanted a quick dinner before a show downtown. I am not new to Pita Way - I used to go to the Troy location - but this was my first time at this location, which I believe is new-ish.My mom had a coupon for BOGO "sandweeches" so we both did the make-your-own. I got cucumbers, tomatoes, white meat chicken, parsley, garlic sauce, tourshi (sp?), banana peppers, and a few other things, with a vinaigrette, and it was really good. My mom got a similar sandwich.Their sandwiches are $12.99 now (I remember when they were $8.99-$9.99 at Troy) and bowls are a bit more. They do have two NON-customizable options, the Detroit sandwich and the Dearborn, that are more inexpensive, I believe one was $5.99 and one was $8.99 maybe. These both have dark meat chicken and some standard toppings on them (garlic, tomato, lettuce, etc.). Overall I would come back here, as the staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean, and the sandwiches were good. I do think $12.99 is a bit expensive for what you get, but if you're not super hungry, you might be able to take home some leftovers.

Excited to see this new Pita Way open in Novi. Conveniently located in a plaza near 12 oaks mall, but with their own parking area. The store is bright and clean, and the service is super friendly. We were helped by Joseph who was very nice and engaging. The food is hot and fresh. We ordered the Detroit shawarma lunch box with fries to go, with Chipotle sauce and it was so good. Looking forward to coming back!

I had Pitaway DoorDash to my school. It wasn't a plesant experience at all, they first took forever to make our order and we have a short lunch break. We order our food at 11:40 and didn't get it until after 12:30. The dasher only had a less than 4 minute drive and the food was cold. The chicken seemed fake. The fries were cold there was no ketchup included. It was okay but I only ate it because I spent money on it. I might try them again just not through DoorDash.

For a fast food type Mediterranean restaurant, it was really good. Family portion of hummus was huge and really good. Much better than any store bought hummus, maybe a notch below your authentic restaurants but still quite good. We ordered wrap sandweeches and fries. Also ordered the fire fries, they were fantastic! Would definitely order here again. Service was good, treated upon arrival for pickup, everything bagged nicely, workers were friendly.

Came here during their grand opening BOGO event. I ordered a build your own bowl and sandweech. The bowl had 4 mini falafels and the sandweech had dark meat (there's also white meat and gyro options). I was a little disappointed with the topping selections - there aren't many. The menu says there's tabouli and French fries as toppings but I didn't see them as options. The falafel didn't have much flavor and was dry. The dark meat in the wrap was also dry. I ordered the fire fries, which I didn't see on the menu but I've ordered them at another location before. I got them to go and they were soggy by the time I got home. Definitely more enjoyable when dining in. Good flavor though. I found the sandweech ($11.99) and bowl ($14.50) a little overpriced and the small fire fries expensive ($6.50). I'm glad there was a BOGO offer. The employees were all very nice. I probably won't be back unless there's another promo.

Hands down the best tasting deboned chicken in Metro Detroit, period! Marinated to perfection

Good food. Fairly priced. Friendly service. Sometimes takes a little while for the grill to cook the chicken. Always a winner!

Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. From the employees, to the quality of food, to the speed of service. This restaurant is the epitome of amazing. Ive never felt more cared for and noticed when ordering food. Finally to top it all over my bowl was made to perfection. No other pita way has ever made my food like novi does. Specifically I would love to give to notice to Amir. He was so on top of it and attentive. Thank you Amir and pita way novi for the wonderful experience
