The main thing is the food, amazing! Fantastic always. My family and I have been ordering for a good 2 years now and never had a problem. The food is always phenomenal and right. The lady with the horse teeth at the front desk though... horrible. She is the most rude lady ever. Slammed the food into my brothers hand after we ordered well over $130 in food. Think she was upset we didn't tip even though she didn't do a single thing but ring us up. Never once had a problem but this one time and ended up calling to tell somebody and kind of disappointed with the service of this person at the front. Other reviews seem to pinpoint a lady at the front also so not shocking. The place is nice looking and has amazing food but I would suggest getting rid of the nasty lady at the desk.

A win! Celebrating... this used to be Bangkok Cuisine; it was my fave Thai spot.Now #PhuketThai.The Tom Yum was amazing-im used to a larger bowl, but the taste was spot on. I'll not be going back to my "old" fave Thai place on Hall road, cuz the fresh shrimp roll here at Phuket beat the rice wrapper off theirs!It was much bigger, had lots more fresh veggies and a good amount of shrimp. Peanut sauce was gr8.I must have tea AND I love the ingenuiTEA by Adagio!The birthday #Prequel was a huge success.Rosie, the hostess and server, was a gem!And, the 4 is because their prices have gone up considerably; and I've never had a small bowl of Tom Yum. That kind of the threw me.

Excellent *and* lightning fast are rarely found in the restaurant biz but that's exactly what you get with Phuket Thai. Large take-out orders are ready in 15-20 minutes. I'm not sure how they do it -- and the food never disappoints. Drunken Noodles are wowsa and the Thai Salad (especially the dressing) is wowsa with an exclamation point.

My buddy and I ordered the exact same meal, with the only difference being that his was mild, and mine was medium-plus. While he got nice chunks of meat, I received mostly small pieces that were mostly breading. It felt like I was eating more breading than meat. I ate about a third of it but had them take the rest back because I didn't want to bring it home. The waitress kindly offered to redo it, but I declined since I'm not comfortable sending food back -- you never know what might happen to it. I'm writing this review so it doesn't happen again. I paid $11 and expected better quality. I still tipped $9 for the great service, but I won't be returning. Just serve what people pay for, and there won't be an issue.
