Peepo's Subs & Shawarma - Taylor

Okay people, this place is a showstopper!!! I am NOT much of a fries mixed with anything person, but the Afrikano fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I could not stop eating them... we ordered ours with the steak. Truly delicious and the meat was seasoned so perfectly. We also ordered the Chicken Shawarma and that was also extremely delicious, garlic flavor was very present and very welcomed. Honestly, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I know I will be going back.

Came here for a quick bite. My nephew got the bowl with chicken & lamb. My other nephew got a huge chicken sandwich. He didn't like it because of the pickles and said that even after removing the pickles, there were so many that it overpowered the sandwich... in the trash it went: I got the chicken schawarma... I saw it contained pickles and immediately said no! Upon ordering the sandwhich. It was good & filling, so happy I asked for no pickles.

Not the same! Ok, but it used to be amazing. Bring back the old recipe for the Africano!

Saw this place in TikTok and it's near my work so I have it a try. It did not disappoint, I got the Afrikano sub, half, and regular fries. The fries were just mid, but the sub made up for it. Super crunchy sesame seed bun, delicious grilled chicken with the most amazing spice to it, it was so good. I cannot wait to get another! The tutti fruity smoothie was very good and helped to calm the spice of the sub.

Wanted to update and add another review for Peepo's now that they've opened a location in Canton! This new location is fantastic since I'm in Ann Arbor. I had no problem going down to Taylor, don't get me wrong, but the ease of Canton is nice too! The same great menu and staff are at this new location and I couldn't be happier. The one thing I always is the Afrikano fries but made vegetarian with falafel! You can't go wrong. They're so crispy, fully loaded, spicy and their sauce makes it cooler. Perfection.Make sure you top into their new location or visit the OG location in Taylor. You won't be disappointed!

Food is very good, prices are fine and the time for take out is unbeatable. The egg rolls are delicious

Grilled chicken sub; soaked in mayo! Gross! Also chicken must be boiled, it soaked the bread in liquid. Lettuce is then soggy. I've tried this placeMultiple times over a year. Everyone raves, maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing.

Excellent food variety and quality. I've been going here for years whenever in the area and glad to see they're expanding to other locations which would be more convenient

I love Peepos! I crave it. So flavorful, good portion sizes, nice employees. Be aware to order ahead because they do make it fresh so the wait can be a lil long but i will never complain because it's worth the 20-30 min wait.
