Paradise Biryani Troy

Great biryani -- a fave! I gave them a poo poo review during Covid, but nobody cares about that any more so....

Just got a history lesson from owner. Paradise Biryani is big restaurant in India and franchise directly from India. He gets a lot of his supplies directly from India. The owner is super humble. The food is always excellent. The place has plenty of seating, definitely feels like a mom/pops restaurant.

I dined in and this restaurant is very comfy, full of warm seasoned smells and gave me a family dining feeling, The food was tasty!!!!! Full of flavor and SPICY!!! the butter chicken was amazing!!! I had some to take home.the presentation of the food gave me a insight into a beautiful culture! The food was brought out quickly and hot and our drinks stayed full I enjoyed my entire diner and my smoothie.

The moment you enter this restaurant...the smells are intoxicating and your mouth immediately starts watering!! Biryani is one of my favorite dishes! I highly recommending that (ask for light to no spice if you can't take the heat!) I generally like my food very spicy but when ordering biryani I try to ask for mild to medium just in case. The seating here is good for families and medium sized groups. For parking, there is not only parking on the side of the restaurant but also in the rear! I definitely recommend coming here! Their yogurt and mango Lassi is good too.

If you enjoy Indo-Chinese like I do, you'll love this restaurant. I give them high marks for satisfying that craving.I tried the KOTHIMEERA CHICKEN and my favorite GOBI MANCHURIAN, both were absolutely delicious.The chicken was a little too spicy for me but I'll have to admit my tolerance has been lower while staying in Michigan.Manchurian is always best when dining in because it quickly loses its crispy texture when it travels home.I look forward to trying other dishes!Update:The food made me very sick just a couple hours later. I won't be back.

I ordered a medium plus spicy level Chicken Thali and it was so prepared well and presented on the table in no time. The Naan was very freshly made and my first time all items were prepared in a perfect way. I am too nosey when it comes to chicken pieces, I can never eat a chicken that could smell old and here I finished the curry with the Naan and followed by using the curry for the rice and had the tandoor chicken at the end, with the single Gulab Jamun exactly adding a nice finish tot he whole plate, 5 stars and kudos to the chef(s) who prepared my dish. Spicy level is little high so next time I will order mild plus. But overall a great experience and satisfaction. Some little loud music can be reduced for ambianceThis place can sell fast food stand instead of preparing for each one. I am sure they will get more business if people can come grab and go in seconds.

The butter chicken is always a good choice. I want to go back and try the buffet. The third time I went there I tried something different on the menu. The chicken was served with lots of bones and very little meat. I mentioned this to our server who brought us a little more chicken but it was still mostly bones. I thought I was ordering chicken kabobs but that was not what I received. Most of the patrons are of Indian descent so I believe the food is very authentic. The atmosphere is not fancy but I like the music and the overall vibe. I think they do a lot of carry out business.

This is an amazing restaurant. It may be small but man, the food is mighty & magnificent. The staff are equally amazing. The tandoori chicken packs a great flavor with tender meat. The biryani is the best!! The butter chicken doesn't disappoint. You can't beat the great food and service with a smile. Take out or dining in, 10/10 I highly recommend.

Il really disappointed after it pay $43 for chicken biryani and goat biryani for takeout,, the food have enough flavor and the chicken are really small disgusting . I don't know have this place get 3 star . I well give the place zero star . By the way, the owner read this comments please give my money back .
