Today Walking in the customer service was no friendly at all. Just a lady walking to the counter saying how can i help you. Kinda felt rushed. But she did her job. The food was hot and steaming. We ordered in person. Its pretty chilly inside the waiting area today. Our First time trying this place. I swear the order was ready in 10 mins or less. I was surprised. It didn't taste like much though. Like, no flavor. I had the tso chicken & my spouse had the blackened. It was $21.something... The chicken was mushy. No type of crunch at all. My baby didn't like it. We read reviews after trying this place; smh. Wish we read them first. We were in the neighborhood.

Terrible service, terrible atmosphere. "Blackened chicken" tastes like shrimp? Rice is bland and tastes old. Atmosphere is unkept. Scary. Had faith it would be worth trying but wasn't worth it. Save yourself.

Went this place Sunday April 2_2023 and # 6:50 pm. I walked ask the woman for general Tso chicken and the woman was RUDE seemed racist.She didn't want to give me a receipt. She was real rude. No wonder why the place was empty. This place should be closed. The food was nasty I would not recommend my worst enemy to eat there.

We ordered delivery through Grubhub last night and the food wasn't even close to me what we had hoped. The chicken fried rice had no flavor, I felt like I was chewing on cardboard. The beef in the beef & broccoli was both too tough for some of it and chewy/fatty for the rest. The wonton soup tasted like plastic. The chicken in the rice looked fake. Very disappointed

Terrible terrible terrible!Rude employees working at the window.I placed my order through their website and received a confirmation email. 30 minutes later, I call to check on my order since no one called me. Only to be told that they didn't have my order and that the website was down. (Lmao I ordered and received a confirmation email from a down website) So, I made a call in order. I get there and paid for my food. I didn't get charge back so I asked, "Why is the charge different than the first order?" This POS says they charged me for canceling a fucking order that NEVER existed ( the website is down )I request a refund and because (you know how they are) he doesn't give me the refund. He smiles and rudely says, it's not his problem.So, I left the food there for him to clean up. It became his problem

I like this place but I spent $60 yesterday all 3 of my meals we missing the second entree. They were so busy and waiting for pepper chicken. My sons had 2 small piece of chicken in his meal. I really an upset by this place they are too busy and need more help. We eat her 3-4 a week, not anymore. I'll find a different location.

If i could put zero stars , this would be the place for it. I don't know where to start, it's between the rancid smell of poop or the poor quality food. I originally tried to order through their website which apparently has been down for a while. After finally calling my order in she told me it would be 10 minutes. I get there and gust of poop filled air smacks me in the face, that was the second red flag but shook it off thinking it could be a sewer near by. I received my food and headed home, only to be disappointed. It was sauce EVERYWHERE , and it just didn't taste good. Please don't walk away from here, RUN!!!

Terrible customer service. Walked in, wasn't greeted at all. Asked for a menu that I had to find myself. Then the lady wasn't even paying attention when I was trying to ask a question. I walked out and didn't even order. Will never return and will spread the word on social media.
