Fast, friendly and affordable. This is your basic downriver Mexican restaurant that's more Americanized. Everything tastes fresh and the mild salsa is more of a basic tomato paste with spices thrown in. Never really had any complaints from the things I've ordered.

Great neighborhood spot. Always friendly staff, clean tables, delicious salsa (the hot is HOT!). It's been open atleast 15years and has always been good! Also their margaritas are yummy!

I loved coming here in high school, but 10 years later, and I'm disappointed. To be fair, I was a meat eater back then and my favorite dish was the beef enchilada. Even then I remember the good being very basic. Today, all I could order that was vegetarian was the guacamole and rice. They were both very bland. The guacamole was the most flavor-less guac I have ever had. I tried to fix it up with some salt and lemons. The avocado was very fresh, though!

My husband and I would come here quite often and we loved it. As time goes by the service gets worse and worse. Food is always wrong. It's very disappointing, especially we really don't have REALLY good Mexican food around here, this seemed to always be good. Not anymore. ...And that is the sad part. I have officially tired Pancho's for the last time!!!

I grew up in SW Detroit surrounded by great Mexican restaurants and neighbors who made wonderful Mexican dishes. So, I'm somewhat particular about the Mexican restaurants I eat at. This place definitely makes the cut. The service is good and they are attentive to your needs. The food is fresh and full of flavor. One thing that I always check when we're in a Mexican restaurant is the hot sauce they give with the chips. Unfortunately, I've been in some Mexican restaurants where hot sauce is not given. To me, that's a must have. Nonetheless, their hot sauce has a nice punch to it without being overwhelming. The only knock I would have is that the chips they serve are bland. However, that's not a deal breaker for me. After all, I come here for the entrées, not the chips. My wife and I both had the Taco Dinner with deep fried flour tortillas. Seriously, if you've never had tacos like this before than you are missing out! The shells were fried to perfection without being greasy. The meat and other ingredients were tasty and fresh. The beans and rice were very tasty as well. The tacos are huge and as I was making my way through my second one they were still nice and hot. If you find yourself in Wyandotte and looking for good Mexican food then you owe it to your belly to stop in here.

We've been here before but it's been a while. It's gone down hill incredibly. We order a small guacamole and it tasted like mashed up avocado, no flavoring at all. All of us ordered chicken chimichangas, the chicken had absolutely no seasoning. The wait staff were not friendly at all. You pay at the front counter and the cashier was distracted and over charged me, when I corrected her she said not it's right.I went to my car and re did the math and went back in and made her retotal it. I was correct and she gave me a hard time about the refund back to my card. Once it was done my card showed the original transaction (I knew it would), the refund AND a charge for the refund total. I waited a week to see if it would fall off and it didn't. I had to dispute the charges. We will NEVER go back!

Looking for some good Mexican food after the Wyandotte street art fair closed up. A quick Google search turned up Pancho's II right near by. They advertise that they are open til 10 pm. Walked in the door at 9:15 pm and were told that it was carry-out only. Hate it when restaurants don't honor their advertised hours of operation. Drove to another Mexican restaurant in the area (also 10 pm closing time). We arrived at 9:40 pm and were welcomed and seated. Won't waste my time on Pancho's again.

My best friend and I were painting her new place all day and we were so tired! We were wanting a botana and decided to get one from here! It was DELICIOUS. They did not skimp on the toppings! We also each ordered a steak taco which was SUPERB! We wd definitely order from here again! I live in southern Ohio now - but am originally from this area. Southern Ohio has NO IDEA what a BOTANA is so I was really wanting one and Pancho's did not disappoint!

Been ordering from panchos for years. My son is a vegetarian, so when we order the family special we always get his favorites without meat. Last time we called, smart alek, rude waitress refused to take our order because of the no meat request. Also refused to let us speak to anyone regarding this problem. If this is how they treat long time customers they don't need my money. Look forward to seeing your out of business sign.
