First.. most importantly .. ALWAYS ORDER THE GELATO!! I looked up a pizza place near our Airbnb and this came highly rated. I ordered online but went to pick up and it was quick. This is a small family owned pizza shop. Everyone there was so kind and the owner was so welcoming. Employees even called him dad. Soooo sweet.I got a Detroit style pizza with pick your own toppings and two things of gelato (banana and chocolate something). The pizza was phenomenal but much larger slices than I expected. My boyfriend and I could've been just fine with a small 4 slices! I see why this place is rated so highly. If you want authentic Detroit style pizza, this is a must try!! Gelato was a nice add on. Do not regret it lol I wish I had more!

I could seriously drink the tangy BBQ sauce--it's that good! Palazzo Di Pizza's Detroit-style pizza with its thick, crispy crust is absolutely perfect. The only downside? It's painful to think I don't live anywhere near this place.Pro tip: Order ahead and pick up since it takes a while for the pizza to cook. It seemed like it's pickup only

Ordered a small double pep and everything was perfect. Best Detroit style pizza by a mile, looking forward to trying some of their other specialty pizzas.

YUM! Just moved back to Michigan, and this will absolutely be my go to local Detroit-style pizza place. Cooked perfectly, friendly workers, and top notch quality deep dish pizza and breadsticks. Highly recommend.

My favorite pizza in metro Detroit! And they have a lot of really good competition. The crust is perfect and the toppings are premium quality and perfectly arranged. And their sauce is simply THE BEST. These guys really care and it shows.

As a Royal Oak local, I must rave about the incredible pizza we indulged in! A large satisfied three adults, and the antipasto salad, bursting with toppings, was a delightful addition. I particularly appreciated that the salad was freshly made onsite, rather than being a prepackaged store-bought option.

This is a must place to get pizza if you are in the area. It is only take out so a great place to order on the phone and pick it up to eat in the car or at home. The restaurant is really clean and the staffs are amazing. The pizza looks and taste amazing. It is filled with flavor and the crust is perfectly cooked. The edges are crispy with crispy cheese and the sauce on top of the pizza goes really well with the pepperoni. It is a perfect Detroit style pizza and I highly recommend getting it. I will definitely come back to order more pizza here

Best Detroit-Style Pizza - My New Favorite Spot!Loui's used to be my go-to for Detroit-style pizza, but after trying this place, I've found my new favorite. The ingredients here taste incredibly fresh, and the pizza itself is on another level. The bread is light, airy, and has a perfectly fermented flavor. Detroit-style pizza used to be something I craved only every six months, but I could easily eat this pizza every week. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Little Caesars could never. Palazzos sauce is top tier and I have NEVER had a bad pizza from here (I've had a lot).

I was part of a group of 23. We called in a large order an hour before close. They normally do not accommodate orders that large at the last minute, but they made it happen for us. The owner and his crew were kind and accommodating when we walked in to pick up our order. We had gelato while we waited and it was delicious. The pizzas were amazing. I loved the egg plant parmesan pizza and the bbq chicken pizza. Everyone in our group loved the food!
