Very reminiscent of any lunch-aria in any Mexican town. Reminded me of a Puerto Vallarta spot, wonderful food and service. welcoming attitudes fresh as fresh can beSimple menu but plenty to choose from. Cheerful music. In and out very quickly. Not a place to hangout. Get your grub and go.

It's a small joint serving Mexican-American brunch. The menu is displayed right on the letter board above the main counter when you enter. It's a small selection. You place your order at the end to the far right. I tried the green juice and fried chicken sandwich. The juice was made with pineapple and spinach plus other greens. It's more tart than sweet but I liked how refreshing it was. I took a sip of the coffee and it was strong. The chicken sandwich was plain but made well. The buns were delightfully crispy yet soft and the chicken was not dry at all. It did have cream cheese in it which was pleasant. Wish they made it with a hot sauce or aioli to give it a boost of flavor. There is cholula at the counter top but I'm not a fan. Overall, impressed with the small place and would come back. Bonus: they play great Latin music.

I like OWL because they are open pretty late. The service is always fast. The chicken fried chicken is my favorite dish. The chicken is usually seasoned well and fried good. The potatoes are delicious and the poblano cheese sauce is the real star.The wings are also tasty. The parking is right in front. And it's diner counter style eating on the inside. All of my experiences have been decent until my last visit. I don't know what I was going on with the chicken but it wasn't chicken. It was not edible at all. I had to throw it away. If I go back will not be having the chicken fried chicken.

Great late night spot. Not a huge space or menu, but decent selection for a late night bite.

Food is incredible, the staff are extremely hard working and grabbed us anything we needed.

Great little spot for some delicious food. I ordered the burrito. Sooo yummy. Service was quick & friendly.

Best breakfast and late night food spot! This is my favorite cheeseburger in RO. Only con would be that I wish they had more seating available. Everything is prepared quickly and always correct so it makes for a good place to eat in or stop for a quick pick up situation

Lemme tell Yall, I ventured to thîs lîl nîtę diner spot, So glad! Servîce; genuíne, Sean îs a Dęar, gave us horchata, watrmln fresh juice samples, left w/ a refreshíng pineapple/melon drînk, DƐLîsh! My nachos, almst too pretty ta ƐAT! Added buffalo & dry rubbed wîngs w/ all the YUM dips on the side. Convos were easy flowíng, whada VîBE.Check Em Out, will be a late nite treat!

Owl is definitely convenient and is there when you need them late night lol. However, I'm not a huge fan. Might have been because of what I have ordered the few times I have gone, but again the food is just ok. I will say the staff is always cool though.

The food at OWL is delicious and simple. The nachos were served on warm homemade chips and had a good amount of toppings on them. The soup was tasty. My only knock on this place was the fact that the dining room was small and unkept. Both garbages were completely full and the tables weren't routinely cleaned in between guests. I view this more as a place for carry out. The food is worth it though!
